HKS T04 cast manifold
What are peoples thoughts/experiences with the HKS T04 steel manifold for the 87-91 turbo 2.
I have considered this an option but would like to hear peoples experiences with them. IE cracking, fitment etc

I have seen it used many times with very good results. If I remember correctly if you run something big like a t66 you will need a small spacer to clear the turbo from hitting the water pump I think. But I hsvr seen that manifold make over 480rwhp. Like I said I have seen many people I know use it with no problems.

The plus's over a tubular are that it is bullet proof, and fast spool. downsides are you need some sort of extension on turbos bigger than a 60-1 to clear the frame rail, and it wont flow as well as a tubular at BIG HP #s. Also at least mine is not divided. For my money, I would order one (tubular divided)from RPM for 350.00-500.00 depending on specs. Carl Byck

cast iron suppose to last really long because stock manifolds are cast, i flow isn't as great as stainless steel but it sure last longer for everyday driving than SS, i'm trying build my own manifold once city college let me get my *** in the welding glass, save more money!
