The long oil line from the front iron is the oil feed and goes to the turbo CHRA, on the topside.

Double throttle butterflies, there are 4 mushroomed cap screws that you'll have to drill out, remove the two throttle plates, then slide out the linkage.

I'd recommend buying some 1/4 thermosleeving from summit racing and using it on all the various vacuum hoses around the turbo.

How much premix have you been using?

You should have another nipple similar to this that threads into the oil feed of the turbo, then the stainless oil line bolts to that.

Your coolant lines are hooked up correctly and you need to rotate the turbo over because the oil return needs to point down. Other than that everything else looks good.
For the oil return flange on the block, you just cut the stock peice and slide the hose over it with a clamp.

Jason
So i have to rotate my cartridge. The fuel kit i ordered would be nice to have soon.
thanks tho jason. is it possible you could make instructions for future buyers? you can use my pics.

The kit only came with that one nipple!? So im not sure how i can get the oil feed line to go into the turbo with that other fitting.

Doesnt matter which coolant hose goes to which fitting. For the oil drain, call A-spec. They have a beautiful flange that fits on the bottom with an angled nipple that allows the oil hose to slip right on. The oil line with the kit is also to long, so i wound up running it under the upper plenum and ontop of the motor in a "U" to take up the slack, and it works well. I adjusted your pic to show it:
Yeah that seems like a good idea, i'll do that. Your a great asset to the forum man! props.

Do NOT use a rubber heater hose on the oil drain as shown. I now have a nice blue silicone hose on there from the turbo shop.
Hope these are helping
Yeah i got provided with that blue hose for my oil return.

Thanks GoodfellaFD3S, i plan on adding heat wrap to my DP, and adding adhesive heat backing on the chassis. And i will make sure i cover my lines up with the thermosleeving. I was wondering tho, would it be good to put the solid oem heater line back in (its kinda touching the compressor housing), or do what you did and run the line higher and around the turbo?

As for premix, with the stock tiwns i used around 1oz./gal.

Does the turbo feed line on the CHRA have to be pointing straight up.
With the turbo straight up there is no room for the oil return line.
and what kinda bolts do i need to bolt the oil return line flange to the turbo, im not much of a bolt head.

I hate how rx-7 store states this as a full kit with "all" hardware included. such a headache.

What parts are missing from the kit other than the bolts for the oil return? For someone that has installed these kits before we can do it under an hour, so it shoudnt be that hard.

The turbo does not have to point straight up. You can clock it to make room for the oil return.
You can get the bolts at any Home Depot or Lowes.
