Haltech and Boost Controller
Sorry Guys..New to the Custom Turbo stuff.
I am presently building a Cosmo Single Turbo GSL-SE. I am about to start tearing into it big time now that I have most of my parts.
I will be using a Haltech E6K.
What can you recommend for controlling boost?
Simple dial-a-boost?
HKS EVC?
Turbo XS two stage?
Which? Would it interfere with the E6K?
Thanks

Is this what you are referring to?
From the Haltech Australia Site
The Trim control gives the operator a remote access control for finely adjusting either turbo boost, fuel or ignition trim. Can be used with or without a PC connected to the ECU. Ideal for tuning whilst on the dynamometer. It is suitable for use with all current model ECU’s and supports:
+/- 12.5% fuel mixture
+/- 50% fuel mixture
+/- 10 degrees ignition timing
+/- 10 degrees trailing split (Wankel engines only)
0 – 100% turbo boost control
+/- 12.5% fuel mixture
+/- 50% fuel mixture
+/- 10 degrees ignition timing
+/- 10 degrees trailing split (Wankel engines only)
0 – 100% turbo boost control
Sorry to bother you.. , But I am pretty much trying to emulate your setup.

Its all good
Yeah I am running that trim pot. Its just one smooth motion so its hard to know what boost you have it set to unless you mark it. I am not running the Haltech issue solenoid though. I am running a soloenoid that is very similar to the Apexi AVCR one and it works like a charm!
