probably not even a large streetport. a bridgeport maybe... i've never seen any streetport motor continue to climb in HP over 8000rpms.
but there are other problems when revving that high, as why rich was asking what is done to his motor. you cant just take a streetported stock block and rev it to 9500 rpms
