Question gt35 or gt40

yea yea i know search search search, well i lookd in the FAQ under the exact thread for what i was lookin for but it's not really 2 informative, i wanted a lil more specific's as to which turbo's are runnin how much power roughly with what kind of a/r on the exhaust side, my project is a 1st gen rx7 with a 3rd gen rx7 motor, it's going to be the ocasionaly street car but mostly doing it up for drag, it's a stock motor at the moment and i'd like to get the most power i can (reasonably of course) before porting it out a lil bit, also would like to know if i can run stock injectors with the set up, im already looking at gettin a fuel/ign standalone dont know which one yet either so some input on which one for ease of tunability and price would be great, i was lookin at either microtech, sakura, or sds

There is no way you searched and searched if you don't even know if you can use the stock injector setup

hold off on the sakura until they come out with one that does both fuel and ignition witch is comming out real soon. I've got some puerto rican friends that swear by that ems wich helps propel lots of them to the mid 7 second quarter mile range. Like I said though right now they only do fuel however pretty soon it will do both fuel and timing.

Look into A-Spec's 500R I think you'd be happy with the results.

Good luck finding a GT40, that in itself kinda points your decision to a GT35, or as suggested A-Spec's 500R (Gt35 derived, nothing but huge praises about it seen thus far).

I run the Microtech and have been very happy with it. No drivability issues what-so-ever.
