GReddy can suck my left.....

i had good luck at a local hydrolic shop that is able to make hoses while you wait. just tell them what you want. (size/pitch of threads and length) used JIC fittings and hose can be done in a few minutes.

I waited 4 months for a warranty claim on a boost controller from them. The wait wouldn't have been nearly as bad if there had been some communication.
I shouldn't just single out Greddy though. It seems as if the customer service for all the big companies is horrible.
I'm sorry, but I don't want to hear about the stupid calls they get. That is not a valid excuse for keeping the customer in the dark. These companies are just set up to make money, and that's it. They rely on the customer's crazed demand to keep them coming back. If the import thing starts dying down, you'll see much better customer service, because they'll have to care.

They're pretty fragile Piranha and mine has been on and off frequently plus it's a few years old. It just fatigued. They all do eventually. Point taken, but I don't think it would have changed anything as it went under pretty light pressure. Nice. The $30 banjo bolt isn't grade 8.
The story now gets worse...local shop orders two from GReddy overnight. Specifically says they're for a T78. GReddy sends the wrong bolts. Their exuse was that the part number was wrong. This after they apparently said it WAS the right bolt, even though we're standing there over the turbo and can plainly see it's the wrong bolt. Crap, it's called walking back into the warehouse, pulling the part, and f*cking checking it.
On a better note, my EGT gauge is supposedly in. Only took them six months to warranty it. Should have used a torque wrench on that piece of crap as well :-)

ah, ok. I was thinking this was new (didn't read too closely). I believe that they suck *** in customer service, believe me, it's bullshit
Good luck. The bad thing is, Greddy makes some nice stuff for TIIs (like their new FMIC, yes, new design).
