I pretty much have it sorted out. I was able to remove a 1/2" off the end of the secondary in CAD, now I will just have to machine it and test it.

Would you guys like provisions for all 4 injectors on the secondary?

As for the primary, I have some ideas but have not finalized a change yet. I am trying to acquire a GZ LIM at the moment so I can design both perfectly.

Rich, any pictures would be great. If you want you could send them to my email, if you don't have it send me a PM.

Just stumbled onto this thread. How coincidental. Rich, let's see those pics already!

I just ordered the LIM and also have the rails in question. I didn't have many issues with the FW, perhaps it was how I installed it.

Brandon, as for your provision question, I guess the short answer is yes.

Personally, I love this whole kit. Brandon was a great help in ensuring everything was working and fitting perfectly. As for the fitment with the LIM, I know that things will work out perfectly in that respect too. As always, if there's anything I can do to help too...

the primary rail and the additional 2 injectors is sitting very close to each other, this is a major headache for me atm since i cant make the primary rail any lower than it is, i cant get the lim in place because of the injectors, i need an extra 4mm to be able to fit the manifold

The CJM primary rail might actually give quite the advantage in this situation. I should have a GZ LIM on Monday. I am planning on making provisions to run all 6 injectors.

How about those pics Rich?

With the GZ LIM would i need the injector cups to hold the injectors into place like u need on the original LIM?

If so i would need to order 2 more.

you're talking the fuel diffusers? you're using side feed injectors?

Railgun, the software to DL the pics is on my old man's computer. Next time I'm there I'll be sure to think of you

I think he is talking about the spacers to adapt top feed to the stock LIM.

Yes, you will need two more injector adapters.

I have got a GZ manifold now. hopefully this weekend I will get to cutting the prototype.

The original CJM Fuel System DOES IN FACT fit with the GZ LIM.

We just test fit it. Pictures coming in a new thread.

Some minor changes will still be made to the current system for additional firewall clearance since the redesign is already done anyway, and a minor change will be made to the primary rail so its less tight of a fit (so the current kits in stock are $75 off, overall, the 2.0 looks the same to the naked eye)... but there is no longer need for genuine concern for those who do already have the kit. It fits.

^^I suggest you offer the lower-profile injector clips in order to save people the headache, the more common clips are much larger than the ones in your picture.

Glad you got it to work though

Have you had a chance to adapt the rail to use the 4 injector bungs on the Xcessive LIM?

Thanks.

So we would need two FJO drivers to run 6 injectors? How would we get all 6 to run correctly?

No need for those if you convert the pintle cap to a full sleeve and use grommets
