Question Fuel return line size.

Dont think I am reposting since I cant find my previous one (moderators ?) , anyway , I finally got my twin Bosch '044 pumps installed and will be starting up tomorrow (after I get my 180 deg fittings) , I was told that those pumps would cause an idle pressure of about 60 psi with the stock return line , can anyon say if this is so or not ?.

Not bad, I would have thought 5-10 psi. That's a lot of fuel you're shoving through the return at idle

It depends on your feed size?
As a rule of thumb, you go down one AN size versus the feed size.

-8AN feed, -6AN return
-10AN feed, -8AN return

i am running - 8 AN from the pumps into a NOS Y fitting , from which it goes to a -10 AN supply hose , the -6 return is attached to the stock return line.
