Roan,
just got back from driving it.
It feels very smooth with SM2 & 500R CDI. Big difference over the MSD's...
There's still some odd's and ends i need to finish up though. i'm short one T-bolt clamp and without a BOV the pipe pops off instantly. So i'll be picking up a t-bolt, welding in the BOV this week and finish up some wiring. No Fans or Cluster yet.....

Wargasm,
i have my own dyno so i promise you i will. Just give me another week or so.

I'll be spending alot of time on it and will get this car dialed in perfectly unless she breaks and then we'll street port it. LOL

Its funny I have never seen this post, but my fuel system looks exactly like his... And I just saw the y block in summit like to days ago, and I am gonna order that, because I looks like it will work better than my T.

I would like to see more pics and numbers as well.... Looks like you gotta a half bridge?

It's been a while and it seems to be a never ending project....
Just when you think your almost there other **** needs to be changed.
Car is running and has been for a while just need to get more free time and finish it up. Then i can finally start working on my FC

It's been on the dyno and made 350@10psi & 405@15psi . it's a stock motor with 33k on it. i couldn't turn it up anymore because the clutch let go.
I don't see any reason why this won't make over 500 with 25+psi

On the street it feels real good in 1st and 2nd but then 3rd starts to slip and 4th the motor just free revs. ACT street disc is JUNK!

Yep,, my car is finally running the way it should.. now all I need is a clutch and some more boost... A buddy of mine just bought an 03 SL55 so I had to give my car a little test. 1st and 2nd we were pretty much even since my car got a "little" tail happy. Once I hit 3rd I put 3 or 4 cars on him very violently.. then my clutch just lets go. He was so shocked how hard my car pulled away from him..

Anyone selling a twin disc send me a pm..

ACT HD-00 is just a heavier duty p/p with a stock organic disk, it isnt rated for the kind of power you're throwing at it.

Car is looking good, glad to see her on the road

I'm concerned about the ACT street / strip disc with the HD pressure plate I have to be used with a ported engine and a GT35R.

Should I consider a different clutch setup? An ACT XT with a 6 puck, or something else?

I am now running a spec sprung 6 puck, and miss my ACT. the spec grabs like a **** and for a 6 puck it isnt too bad to drive, but the pedal pressure is very light. What boost levels are you looking at running? You may want to consider the act extreme like you mentioned but with the stock disc, I know we have a customer with the GR63 kit that is running this combo with no problemos.
