dual supra pumps or 1 with a kenne bell boost a pump?

trying to decide on weather i will get more volume out of a dual supra pump setup Y 'ed together in the tank or running a single supra pump up to 18 volts.

here is what i figure. the dual supra pump setup will be more complex and will get me about 60% over running just one pump as they are Y ed together and will have some restriction. so at 85psi the dual pumps should flow 272 liters / hr.

now with one supra pump running at 18v from the kenne bell boost a pump i should be able to get 280 liters / hr at 85psi.

only thing i cant 100% say for sure is how much volume i will lose with the pumps Y ed together. i am shooting for 600whp i have 850/2000cc injectors. i would like to keep it on the stock lines that is why i am doing the Y on the pumps. on maxcoopers site for fuel calcuations. it says i will need 285 liters to flow for 600whp so im close. also the 85psi numbers are at 30psi boost with 40psi base. i am planning on 28psi so we are talking 83 psi total with the pressure drop.

here is the site with the supra pump at different voltages.

if interested.. I will be selling my twin supra pumps. Bought these off Ernie before he swapped to external. I made over 600rwhp and Ernie T made 700+ with these. I need to go with a sump tank so I will be going a1000 this winter. Anyone interested in the complete pullout let me know. Set up for -6 return and two -6 feeds.

A friend of mine had very good luck with a Boost-a-Pump + single Supra pump on his Vr-4

I run 1 supra pump with a BAP at turned to 20% ran up to 21psi so far with my test and tune GT3586R no fuel issues.

I believe Howard Coleman can chime in here as he recommended the BAP to me. He runs 1 cosmo pump and the BAP, he said it ran his 850/1680cc to something like 97% IDC with no issues.

They are factory quiet and if the pump fails the car stalls rather than relying on both pumps and not knowing if one fails and you run lean with one pump working.(Yes you can put a led in the system to keep an eye on the pumps but by the time you notice the light out it is probably too late).

The supra is rated at 290lph and if you do a google search someone on one of the 3000GT forums tested the flow on different pumps running different voltages and the supra pump at 17v puts out 390lph.

Just my opinon.

i have pushed the single supra pump to close to 500whp with only 10% on the kenne bell boost a pump i was running a 35r at 22psi i ran it to 24psi but no gain in power. my goal is to go as close to 600whp as possible now. i have a precision billet 6765 now.
