Can't get a good read on this turbo, what do you think for a TurboII

I came across this with an external 38mm wastegate included (mine's a 32mm on the T04E and it creeps like nuts)... I only really want to run 10 lbs (maybe 12) on the street and once in a great while run 15 lbs at the drag strip. I'm completely fine with running 10 lbs on the road course though, as I just go out there to have some fun.

Here's the specs on it:

Brand New Garrett T04B Turbocharger kit This kit includes Garrett T4 turbocharger, Tial style wastegate with flanges, stainless steel inlet and oulet flanges and a gasket set.

Turbo Specifications:
.96 A/R on center turbine housing.
.60 A/R compressor housing.
Comp. Inducer dia .2.03".
Comp. Exducer dia. 2.75".
P-trim turbine wheel.
This turbo has a T5/T6 compressor wheel trim which flow approx 45lbs/min. . The trim is in between a Turbonetics S-trim and V-trim compressor wheel. You can expect to make up to 400hp with this turbo on any given engine combo. This turbo is backed by a 1 year warranty!

Turbo flanges are made out of 304 stainless steel and are Top Quality. The tial style wastegate comes with all necessay hardware as well as 2 flanges and gaskets.

Too small, unless your goal is to only run 250hp to 275hp range.
I managed to make 253 at the wheels on a DynoJet with a T5/T6 comp upgrade.

crap.. I was hoping it would be ok, cause for the price of the auction that includes a 38mm tial wastegate, I'd get a turbo for about $50 more than I'd pay for just the wastegate at the shop.

hey. why don't you buy it, use the t04e and 60-1 off your current turbo and use the exhaust side and wastegate of this one? or, hell, buy it, keep the wg, and sell the turbocharger.
