Building my own T manifold

Question to those who have done it already. How critical is the length of the runners. What I'm really asking is if one of the runners was 1/2" to 1" shorter than the other would it make a world of a difference on the street?

Thanks

won't make enough difference for you to notice.

You should be equal length but as guitarjunkie you'll not notice the difference since 1/2 inch is **** all. Thats in theory.

I had one on my old car where 2 runners were about 2 inches shorter than the other 2 due to space and I didn't notice it one bit.

Maybe on the dyno you would notice the 2bhp loss.
