if i run it in off mode it still overboost. i have tried both auto and manual mode. manual seems to work better. its gotta be something i am just no seeing. something small i overlooked. i will take the whole thing out again this weekend and reinstall it. its gotta be something dumb that i didnt notice. otherwise i am going to say its a bad soleniod

Thats interesting because I have the same issue with boost over 15 psi. My dyno sheet was all over the place because the boost controller wasnt holding the boost steady above 15 psi. I will try manual mode. I thought it was just the controller learning. And then will optimize the boost curve. I just got it dynoed a few days ago and havnt messed with it since.

lol glad we could help you even if it wasnt for my car...sigh. i cant wait three more days until i might have time for my car. i guess i can do a oil change while i'm at it.
