Block off plates

Where can I get a complete set of block off plates for single turbo conversion?

now figure this one out:

The 13BT block off kit is $28. But since 89-91 RX-7's don't have Exhaust Valve Recirculation valve's, that block off plate is useless. Thus, it would actually be $1 cheaper to buy them separately...

A band saw or hack saw. Remove the studs and use bolts.
I used a band saw took me about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour to make including my card board templates. My friend used a hack saw and it took him about 2 to 2-1/2 hours. I used aluminum 1/8" thick I think, whatever I had lying around.
