Ralph,
Here's what I did to cure fuel starvation: http://www.mantissaconsulting.com/et...uel_system.htm
If you purchase teh 1996+ tank, there's a cover on the baffle which greatly reduces fuel starvation. However, you'll still experience this at less than 1/4 tank. Hence my cover and check valves.
You dyno'd the car...

Gene
PS- New clutch is in. Time for another dyno.

Get the biggest pump you can afford. Yes I do like to overkill on my components but hell if you want to upgrade later on it makes it easier for you. This is the pump I choose for my car it was $425.00 http://216.242.145.16/products/produ...ml?p=2&large=2 Aeromotivie Eliminator and a Weldon fuel regulator for $225. I was looking into 2 bosch 044 pumps but I wanted to simplify things with just 1 pump and the cost of 2 pumps was more than the single Aeromotive.

I run dual 396lph Bosch Pumps to a swirl pot That goes -10AN to the Aeromotive FPR then to the 1600 primary and secondaries ... As stated effective fuel pressure is your friend . No need to kill your injectors with fuel pressure if tuned correctly and if you have enough injector .
At 20lbs I have plenty of fuel left as the Wideband is only registering in the high 9 low 10 A/F's at 8500RPM...
