i have logged it on my microtech but dont have any screen shots of it though
setup is a streetported S5 engine with a vmount, billet 6765 journal bearings and .95 hot side.
on a side not i was trying to do a e85 swap and it seemed even more responsive

i am running a pte 6765 journal non billet and it makes full boost (20psi) by 4000. I have the .96 hot a/r with mild street port. between shifts it instantly builds boost i love it i would love to get the pte7476 and make a hybrid using the 74mm copressor wheel and the 65mm exhaust wheel in mine.

...we've had great success with this relatively smaller sized turbo on the MKIV Supra's. There are several guys which have put down as much as ~850rwhp on this billet turbo yet they have the spool rate of a typical 67DBB*
Has anyone here run this newer turbo yet to compared it with say, a T04Z?? My theory is that it would spool the same but make as much as 100+RWHP more up top... could be the winning formula for these cars

well your comparing to ball bearing garrets try comparing with the ball bearing precision with these. pprecision blows these out of the water every time. you have borg warner trying to keep up with extended tip technology and soon all to be billet but again they also run bigger wheels so spool is slower

precision is way ahead of the game. with the billet its killler but if you look at its specs both compressor and exhaust are about the same on every one of there turbos. the To4z has a big exhaust wheel like 74 mm with a 66-67 mm compressor. the precision 67mm turbo has a 67 compressor and a 65 mm exhaust wheel so u get better spool.

Guys, please don't talk wheel sizing unless you're 100% positive of the inducer/exducer sizes. Misinformation helps no one, and just makes the water muddy, if you get my drift
In this cold weather I see 20 psi just before 4000 rpm, this with the 500R (35R T4 hotside [68mm wheel] with 67mm/84mm comp wheel) and full 4 inch exhaust, moderately SP'ed engine. I'd be impressed if a turbo with an even larger turbine wheel (and presumably a smaller DP) showed even better response.

what sean says is correct. you guys are comparing the wrong numbers from each manufacturer. from what i have read overall the 67/65 precision is basicly a p trim wheel with from by eye looks like a 35r turbine wheel design but larger, and a 67mm compressor wheel made of billet which makes the center hub smaller so the blades are 1.5mm larger then a normal cast 67mm, so it total has 3mm larger blade surface area, making it similar to a 70 or 71mm cast turbo. i will have mine shortly from sean at a-spec and will max it out.

Precision's line of HP turbine wheels are just Turbonetics F1 turbine line. The F1-62 (Precision's 62mm) , F1-65 (Precision's 65mm) and F1-68 (HP-Q) wheels. The 65 and 68 are simply taller then the Garrett variants of the P-Trim and Q-Trim.
