check out my new crome engine bay dress up kit.
after a few set backs and relocating my shop i have decided to continue the build.
the motor is being assembled and will should be finished in a week.
right now i have stripped the engine bay and am painting it.
i will be running a 4 inch single to to 3 inch dual exhaust and no mufflers. there doesn't seem to be enough room for any mufflers lol.
i decided to have the block doweled and i picked up a pineapple racing aluminum oil pan.
more pics coming

engine is in the car
working on fabbing up the exhaust.
i had to make a custom v band clamp and flange as no one seemed to have any parts for this turbo.
to make the flange i put a piece of 4 inch pipe in the lathe and heated it red hot then used an aluminum roller to form the edge

i called a lot of places and no one had a clamp thick enough for my turbo flange. i even called Caterpillar and they were not much help. i had a 3 inch clamp with the right v band thickness so i just swapped them to a 4 inch band.
bullseye turbos said my flange is discontinued, i didn't search much after that. figured i would just make my stuff work.
