And I'm pretty sure there's more than one person on this forum running a master power turbo making decent power for an extended period of time......

I completely disagree. To each his own and everything has it's place. I don't think anyone is taking into account the experimenting potential of these cheap kits. The quality of the product isn't gonna mean anything if your not educated enough to buy the right set-up to reach your goals. I've seen far too many forum members on here spend thousands and thousand of dollars for what they thought was the perfect kit only to turn around and sell the kit for huge lose.
Lets be real, how many modified rotary owners put any serious miles on their cars on a yearly bases after it's been heavily modified? Once heavily modified owners tend to get all paranoid and not want to drive their cars as much. This is in hope to make the project seem like it was a great success because their car has been running for several years but the reality is they never drive their car long enough to really get their moneys worth. So what if these cheap turbos may only last 5,000 miles. Hell 90% of you will probably be spending more to rebuild your engines because you blew them from ignorance than to be worrying about turbo replacement cost from when it finally goes. If the cheap turbo fails, guess what another 300-400 dollars and you have a replacement and have probably driven and enjoyed your car much long than the person who spent thousands more. LOL!

i never knew that
that means it's basically the stock GT-R turbo setup.. (R32-R34)
I wonder what a pair of 2530's would be like on our car if that is the case..

I never meant to imply that you should blindly take someone's word about whether a part or a kit would be suitable for your car or not. If I know I need a Tial 38mm wastegate, and I get a knockoff (i've seen them--they are horrible), it's asking for big trouble. The manifolds--well that depends on your willingness to replace flanges and do some bracing. The turbo's life is going to depend on how hard you push it, how lucky you are, and whether you are cooling/lubricating the bearings optimally. Intercooler kits always have horrible ebay couplers and need to be cut to fit, plus the quality of the cores varies significantly.

Sorry to say but that is a SS-AUTOSHIT / XS POWER turbokit, it comes from the same factory if not copied by another factory in China.
If you want to take the risk and save a couple of bucks for now just be prepared to fork out some money for rebuilds (motor) and a new turbokit.
