Who is envious? I am sure lots of RX7 people know that over 600 whp can be made with these cars and do it well. Ray Wilson made over 650 whp and made 565 ft/lbs of torque in his full street car, complete interior, stock transmission, A/C, and power steering, 2950 lbs and did it 3 years ago on C16 running 9's. I am sure there are many more high (over 550 whp) hp RX7's that dont even post about it because of all the negativity and doubt that is associated with it. So its not like you reinvented the wheel, but its a nice car with great HP.

 

Noone said he reinvented the wheel, but theres not that many 600+ street 7's running around.. Turbo ones alone are hard to find.

Hey Motor Head, where did I say I'll blow away a 1000hp Supra? As soon as you saw this post showing 600hp, I bet you couldn't wait to jump in and bash what u dont have. What's the matter, no one in NC smart enough to tune your car or you probally dont have the funds to do so? Oh well, sorry about that. If your not jealous, why did you even bring up Supras to begin with? I sure didnt mention them. But I never stand down from either. So if know anyone with a 1000 hp Supra, some of your money, then let me know. In the mean time, shut up or put up.

 

Thanks... I'm not sure I'm even comparing apples to apples here, since I later realized I was looking at your 3rd gear pull graph. Your 4th gear graph doesn't have RPM on it, so I'm not too sure what if any the differences might be. I am curious though and am just trying to learn how different set ups and tunes compare.

 

V8 KILA: With the RPMs you're hitting, I'm guessing you have either ceramic or stock 2mm apex seals? Also, would you care to share any A/F and EGT info?
