I can't take this anymore. Everyone else has been polite and tried to answer your questions in a professional manner. This dates back to the entire rear diff saga and you worrying about breaking AXLES. Do you have this T78 RX7 or have you woken up yet in the driver's seat of your Pinto? I got it, don't worry about running trailing ignition. Run 27 degrees of timing at 25 psi. Don't bother with gas, run diesel fuel. Then, when your car starts buckin' on the dyno, just stay into it until it clears up.

Damn, dude you need the luck with that Hayes engine
Run around 12 degrees timing or less, run a a/f of around 10.8 and just throw some unleaded in there.
At 25psi your clutch might hold up on the dyno but dont count on it in the street. It prob wont hold.
BTW - I'm the guy with the Montego that saw you at the street races....at least I think this is you. I had Brian in the car with me.

Adding lead raises the octane cheaply. That is why 118 leaded is about the same price as 100 unleaded. The lead will clog up your oxygen sensor if you use it on a regular basis. If you can obtain Tetra Ethel lead, it is extremely toxic so do not try to mix your own unless you have the proper protection. I played with it in the 80s and it is very dangerous.
I purchased an ACT 40% stiffer clutch ***. W/ organic pressure plate Chromoly Flywheel. With my low power application, it slips when I get traction in second gear. ( About 370 RWHP ) I am kicking myself because I was going to buy a Tilton triple disk. I was just too lazy to play around with spring pressure. This was about 2 years ago. Now I think they have a direct bolt in kit. I would check it out if I were you.

I have decided not to run 25, that hayews motor will pop for sure. 20-22 psi, if the motor pops then its all good. the motor is using to much oil anyway. Im about to install the greddy profec-b, and having a hard time finding a place to mount the box, any ideas?
spoautos, man I knew that you, brian had already told me that he was with you. Also Im going to be there friday at the dyno.

Ahhh, ok well I might see you up there then. With Steve tuning you'll prob be ok. He knows the Haltech in and out and he'll be a great person to tune at those high boost levels.
Hopefully the engine will hold together.
Is it street ported or anything or do you know?
