2000cc Injector question...

Has anyone here had experience with these injectors?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/370575585056...ht_1411wt_1163

I am looking for a high impedance set for my build and don't want to be dealing with resistors. I know the ID2000's are great but if these work properly I can't justify spending twice as much on the ID's. I know the ID's have shown incredible control at low ms numbers but I want them for the secondary location so that is not as important there.

Thanks in advance.

Chris

I would stay away from them..

There was a thread not too long ago asking about them as well. Read this: http://injectordynamics.blogspot.com...ctor-in-3.html

So, if the ID injectors are (basically) just rebadged Bosch's than how do you figure what they (an aftermarket shop that flow tests/balances/matches and guarantees injectors) do is any different than the shop that you're bashing?

Honest question really.. I'm about to pick up a set of EV14 850/1600's from them (see hyperlink) and am curious.

^Haha Yup.

Fendamonkey, this topic has come up a couple times before. Read posts 61 and 96 from this thread: https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/comprehensive-injector-dynamics-fitment-guide-920186/page3/.

Also, did you see the link to the pressure sensitivity? http://www.t1racedevelopment.com/en/...ed-equal-.html. Pretty sure the above posted are the same core as the 2000's, just with less valve lift.

By all means, do your research. If those fit your needs and price range, go for it. We just don't agree with the 'ID are basically the same thing as everything else just more expensive' mentality. They are more expensive, but in our opinion, well worth it.

I use these injectors with no problem, and I have dealt with Bruce @ fiveo for 10 years or more, got many sets of injectors never had a problem

I comes down to the fact that, no they may not be as precisely matched as id inj but they are still leaps ahead of the older Bosch style 1680. There's nothing wrong with them and no your car will not blow up as result of using these injector.
