Mazdaspeed R-Spec Front Diffuser Help

Hi guys

I've been trawling through countless threads and posts on here trying to get as much info I can on the Mazdaspeed R-Spec Front Diffuser. Resources are limited everywhere I've looked but this forum definitely has the most info, so many props to the original contributors!

So my question is, does anyone here have this part and can show me how it's suppose to be fitted? Unfortunately I only have the diffuser and none of the mounting kit. I'm sure there have been a handful or people, if not more, whom were lucky enough to have purchased them from new and still have the instructions for it. With the manual I can then see how it's suppose to fitted correctly. Hopefully then I'd be able to custom make what I need (which is everything).

The closest I was able to find on this forum is in the attached photo, except it's slightly different at the front since it's designed for the 99+ spec OEM bumper.

Hope that someone can help with this.

Cheers

Don't believe those were ever offered with the S6...which is what we saw in North America. If you don't get a response you might try FDRX7.com.

I have the bumper but not the diffuser. I used the OEM S6 undertray with it and it seems to be fine.

Is this the one that will fit the OEM 99+ bumper?

^^ Yeah that's mine actually. I still have it posted up for sale however not much interest so I decided I'll just keep it and attempt to get it fitted.

I've been a member of FDRX7.com community for years but I doubt there is anyone who could help seeing as I might be the only person in Australia with one.

I can see that the long bracket should go in the middle, based on the positions of the holes. Can't see where the other 2 smaller ones go though.

How much are you trying to sell it for? I might be interested.

LOL guys I don't wanna turn this into a FS thread so unless I can get some help with my request, I'll be open to sell it and will adhere to the forum rules by posting it in the classifieds section.

I don't think your piece needs a mounting kit. All you need are nuts, bolts, washers and a drill bit. You will have to drill into your front lip. The rear section of the diffuser should mount right up to the car. There should already be provision on the car for bolting up. I hope that helps.

Sorry. Didn't realize that was a rule.
