As per Steve yesterday, we have one deposit in.

Tuning preference is based on order deposit received; if your last in you get last choice of time. This is not usually a point of contention as accommodations are made for those driving longer distances, etc..

People keep posting but not sending deposits. Not going to happen without five $200 deposits. If you are one of the five listed as "definite" for this event and not planning on sending the deposit, please say so. That way the other four can either solicit another 5th or move on to other alternatives.

IIRC, deposits are to be received one month prior to scheduled session so we have about 2 weeks to get the deposits in.

Steve: The $500 for the day at Tritan, is that an 8 hr day or as long as we need it to be day?

my boss is out guys, he wont be able to make it...so another 5th needs to be put in

 

If we don't get a 5th person, we should split the cost of the 5th person's tuning in 4, it would suck if we have to cancel this dyno session for just 1 person...

 

I want to do this again...but it sucks you want to do it so soon....no moneys

 

We still need to hear from RXFan01 to see if we have four.

We can pay a 5th deposit of $200 and eat the $50 each if we can't get a 5th.

 

I am willing to eat the cost (split in 4 of course) of the 5th person, we can't cancel this tuning session for just 1 person!

What about the other 2 guys, are you ok with this?

i will be sending in my deposit as soon as i NeoZ06 gets his work done so i can take the sequential setup off his hands and get mine working...once i have my car running right then i'll be able to put in that down payment

 

Just to review:

We had five people agree to the Feb 26th date.
1st Curacaosfinest boss bails.
RXFan01 is MIA having not signed in since 1/11.
Curacaos finest has mechanical issues.
Myself and NeoZ06 have sent deposits.

With 5 weeks to go we have two deposits and in the next week Steve need to receive the remaining three or Feb 26th is a no-go.

Looks like another failed tuning session to me.
