SE Import Nationals
Whats up everybody. There is going to be a big import drag event coming up on March 26th and 27th at Montgomery Motorsports Park. There are going to be a lot of very fast cars there with over 20 confirmed teams that run between 7.00 and 8.00 seconds. And on top of this a lot of them are going to be rotary. I was thinking that since this going to be such a large event that we could all meet up there for another MRCCAL getogether and watch some real fast cars run. Here is a link the event http://www.racingscenemag.com/ Just enter the website and scroll down to the third event in the middle and click it.

Anyone racing? I might if I can figure out this bugger of an electrical problem, brace the diff, and come into enough $$ to get some sticky tires. If nothing else I'll probably just screw around in the test & tune times on Saturday. My buddy still has his rolled jeep on his trailer so I don't know if I want to get on it too hard...might break the diff casing or axles or something.
I've seen a primer black FC around town, but haven't caught him parking or ever seen him while in my 7 to stop & talk. If I find him, I'll let him know.

Suganuma, I just met a guy today that has joined the club that will be racing down there.
He also says that is friends with the guy that is organizing the event. He was descing his friends car which is an 82 toyota starlet with a 13B with I believe a T88 turbo it that runs low 9's or 8's. And this isn't goingt to be the fastest car there. There are going to be A LOT of fast rotaries and will probably be a while before you get to see cars like these run around here again. So Iwould not miss this one.
P.S. 100 posts woo whoo!!
