going to put my 3rd gen motor in the first gen. Dont think it needs work was rebuilt 40,000 miles ago.
The new one Im not sure, something low end power for autocross.
I'll give the floor mats to Edd or Dana, who will prolly see you first.

The problem was that they sent me a older style intake manifold and it does not match. The 4 corner holes dont make it by 1 inch, but the 2 center ones are perfect,I took it to a welder to add on it ., but by the time the fix it the plus the price I paid for it is a little too expensive.

Yeah you probably have an early 13b 4 port manifold. Also if Kg doesn’t have it go to this web page and they definetely do have the manifold you are looking for.

www.theracingstore.com

This guy told me that he has the manifold you are looking for. They deal mainly with rotary and Toyotas.

Dayton what’s the status of Tim’s car and if the car is not making the power it is because the AR on the turbine housing is too small. Remember the the exhaust ports on that engine are big. The engine has to much back pressure and it can not breathe properly. You have to let the guys at Asian motorsports know.

The turbo is getting sent out to turbonetics today, it is passing a TON of oil, so we have to get them to look at it / rebuild it.

I think the whole turbo is to small....this car needs an 88 or something on it.

Yeah that sounds about right with the bigger turbo. The thing with rotary engines is that once they have been modified they require more exhaust flow. I was thinking that a GT42 might do the job.

If you cannot convince Tim to go with the GT42 then try to get him to or tell turbonetics to change the turbine housing for a bigger one. Ported engine usually run like a 1.00 AR or a 1.15 AR. I know it sounds big but I’ve seen it on 500 HP rx7s. Yeah off corse the compressor is a T78 or something in that range, but I really think the engine is too restricted with the .81. I’m already planning for the GT42 with the 1.15 AR for mine. The specs are close to the HKS T51R SLP turbo but except with out the heavy price.

Let me know what happens because I have a Turbine housing with a 1.15 at my house and I can have Daton pick it up so you can swap it for the one he has.
