as said once before the third saturday of the month is when we meet... if there is only two people that show up then that constitutes a meet.... if more poeple out there would like to join in and start making this a regular event then we would all have a really good time... i know for a fact that their are more rx7's in the chatham metro area... we just have to let them know we are here...

I wish I didn't get in trouble I'd have my 7 out with y'all. Should be in the new house on Wensday if everything goes well. It sucks I find out on Tuesday if I get a house on Wensday.

ok so i got home from work today and saw that i had some sort of paper work on the back of my gslse... and so i read it, and it says that i have a derelict vehicle and that is against city ordinance. that if it is not removed in 30 days they will be removing it for me.... how in the f**k can this be possible when i just brought this car back from atlanta?!!! i have tried to contact this person that wrote the notice, to find out if there is any way to over look my violation seeing as i just purchased this car as a project vehicle and the motor is not built yet... but have not made contact yet... this is a bogus situation and it pisses me of royally!!! i am seeing it as personal property parked on personal property and if they touch it blood may be shead!!! anybody got any ideas???

 

dude is the same in Virginia, doesnt matter when, what matters is when the ordenance people pass to the houses and see a car that looks like is been sitting or looks broke outside the curve, they will put that sticker on the car, i recomend that you put the car in the driveway with a cover, so they will not complaint, because is in your property, the street is consider city property, thats why you pay taxes, it will be a loosing battle with them, belive me, been there done that already

it was in my drive way!!! according to them it doesn't matter if it is in the street or in the drive way.... if the car is not drivable then it has to go... i guess i will be buying a storage shed for the back yard to put my dirt bike and lawn equipment in, so that i have room for the car in my garage... this was my goal anyway. i just hate that the city is mandating how fast i have to make it happen.... funny thing is that you can insure and tag a car, and apparently if it does not have a running motor in it they can still give you thirty days notice... then you have to prove that it does run and drive. or they will tow it off claiming it to be a "derilict vehicle"... i have called the guys office yesterday and several times today and left many messages to try and plead my case... but have still not recieved a phone call back from him... the notice said that i had to contact him to discuss removal of the car or it would just be towed off without any further notice after thiry days... hell i can't get him to return my phone calls... wtf!!!!

 

did i mention that i was pissed off about this whole situation????? this is just the kind of sh*t that i would expect out of the city of slowvannah!!!

 

thats bull, in the driveway??? you need one of this just in case they will try to comeback
