It will be the last Rotary Drive-in cancelled. If guys will meet in the face of a hurricane, what's a little rain?

remind me never to drive anything other than my RX7 to one of the drive-ins.
It looks like there is a 40% chance of rain on Saturday. I guess we will have to keep our eye on the weather. We can always use the parking deck, that is always talked about, but we've never actually used.
hopefully we will have a good turnout either way. I want those spark plug wires

It'll be good to meet you and get to see another well kept FC. That is a beautiful car and it'll be our first blue FC at the drive-ins. As Brent said the drive-in start at 6:30 PM at the Strickland Road Char Grill and last about 3 hours. The FD guys usually make their entrance between 7:00 and 7:30. So us FB & FC owners try to make it on time so that we can be there to OOH & AH as they drive in. They need that little extra measure of assurance that all the work required to keep their babies running is worth the time, money and effort required. Its the least we can do for these guys, they do drive beautiful cars.
Hey guys, still looking for input on the Grand AM Cup race at VIR in October and anyone in for the Group Buy on the RSR spark plug wires. If you're not going to be able to make the Drive-in I'd like to have a yes or no on these items. If you're foing to make the meet then be sure to let me know your interest on both items then.
For the RSR wires you need to provide your model 7 and your color preference

Yeah, we'll all be at the drive-in and we'll be looking for YOU. So drive in your blue baby and enjoy the evening with the coolest bunch of people you're ever likely to hang with.

on another note, everyone that is interested in the T2 computer upgrade from www.pocketlogger.com let me know please. i really wanna get a group buy on these things. we've got about 7-8 T2's in durham that we know of that could possibly be interested. im gonna email or call them tomorow and try to start negotiating the deal. i really need some yes or no's so i can get a roundabout figure of how many. anyways, if anyone is interested, please call me at 919 491 6011 and let me know so i can get a list. so far we have- me, steve, ken, phil(steves brother), colby(10th AE with just about every bolt on ever sitting in a stack), Devin(the red car we built), another AE, hopefully tyler(gold car for rebuild at steves), i've got a spare computer here, and we need a few more i hope. i really want to get atleast 10 so that i can try to negotiate 80$ a piece.

Most of us will be there around 6:30 pm so that we can admire the 3 gens rolling in and making their entrance around 7:00, HA! It is a sight to behold.

Hey guys, I know of a lady that is selling a black 88 with 52K original miles. For those of you guys that were out during the hurricane meet. it was the one parked across the street at the gas station; asking price is $2500. Anyhow, she emailed me and I told her I would ask around. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will pass on her email address.
See everyone on Saturday.

Hey Josh does know a female older than 15! Way to go Josh, keep expanding those horizons.
Steve, yeah, we should have a real good showing Saturday and quite a few first time owners. Can't wait to see the 8. Is he gonna have an escort of FCs? The weather ought to be great for this drive-in. I'm working 8-4 at Sprint but should have plenty of time to make the FD parade. Looking forward to seeing everyone agian and all those beautiful cars, the 8s and the 3rd gens too.

I saw Dale's RX8 a week ago at Crabtree or at least one that looks exactly like the one that was described earlier. That is the sweetest RX8 I have seen in the area, the kind I wouldnt mind being seen in. I only caught a glance of it as it headed in the other direction, but Titanium with a CF hood looks great.

On a side note, I need the the front end housing for an 86-88 TII. The motor i'm building had a bad coolant passage so i got to find another one. PM if anybody has one.
