I'm gonna be able to go either way, but I was just thinking about some of our guys who work on the weekends, and of course... my boyfriend.

Barry, those guages do look awesome! Looks like the needles are kind of hard to see, or is that just cust of the picture? Might try painting them or adding a couple more lights
Johnny, i am moving this weekend, but i will be back and forth for a while. Its really no hurry right now, but if something changes, i will let you know (or sell it)
Josh, next meet can you bring the handle for my engine hoist, if you can find it. I still haven't gotten it back from ya.
Got my motor out of the TII this morning. Looks like i might be taking it down to Bruce at his hanger at the airport tomorrow. He is going to tare it down while i'm there and see whats wrong with it. It still has compression, but it only has 30 on the front. He also said he has some projects i might want to see: something about a 20b convertible. I will let ya'll know what we find out.

Alex, great to hear you'll be back in the rotary world soon. Looking forward to seeing you when you can make it up. Get some more guys up, they need a break from their camo world.
Steve, did Barry tell you he put the guages in his caddie?

There will be qualifing, practices and a 2 1/2 race Saturday and then 3 races (one is 2 3/4 hours) Sunday. I'm going for the 3 day ticket and plant my butt on turns 3 and 4 for two days!
VIR 400-Grand-Am, Grand-Am Cup, PCA, BMW
October 7-9 Advance At the Gate
3-day Super ticket $50 $60
Friday N/A $15
Saturday N/A $25
Sunday $40 $50
The Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series' exciting Daytona Prototypes return to VIR, showcasing the fastest growing class in professional sports car racing, plus a 250-mile challenge for Grand-Am Cup racers. Also featuring PCA and BMW CCA Club racing. (Advance ticket sales end September 23.)
Saturday afternoon is the Grand Am Sports Car Race when the RX8 Speedsource Racing team will be competing. I really don't want to spend $50, I'd rather spend $25 to see the rotaries race. They will start at 1:50 and conclude between 4:30 and 5:00 so I'll be able to make it back for the Drive-In that evening. All I care about is the rotaries racing. The tickets are $25 for the day at the gate.

Hey all you Duke fans...... VT beat them like they stole something. hahahah
Bert/ Greg I probably meet you at VIR on Sat.
I continue to work on Tiffany she should be a lot safer more powerful car when I'm finished. I got my water injection kit and my innovate wideband I still need to install them. I did install my temp senders and my h20 nozzle in my I/C piping. The wife came out while I was installing my nozzle "Are you installing nitrous oxyside(sp)? "
I thought this was funny Maybe she has been watching too much Fast and Furious. hahaha.

RRDI T-Shirts
Still taking orders for shirts. We have 15 requested so far, if the rest of y'all will step up then we'll have enough to process the order.
Payment will be collected on Sept 24, at the RRDI, and I'll put in the order the following week. If we don't get a minimum of 24 ordered and paid for by Sept 24th then the shirt idea will be put to rest.
Everyone at the last DI ordered at least one so come on and put your order in, just PM me with your size, and style wanted, either short or long sleeved or both.
We don't collect dues, we don't ask for money very often. We are a pay as you go concern, so if you don't pay we can't go! Having a shirt means you are a member.
Join the RRDI, be a driver!

Well, i did make it out to Bruce's shop today. We got the engine torn down and discoverd that the front stationary gear had been completely eaten up. There were copper filling all in the oil pan. He said it could have been several things that caused the problem. Detination may have caused it, might have been a bent E-shaft, or it could be that the bearing might not have been aligned properly.
I will be going with hardend stationary gears with new bearings and a specialy coated apex seal that he puts in boosted cars that run above 16psi. Anyways, he said he should be done by next wednesday. Look forward to getting her back on the road. Maybe even before i start school.

That vert made me wiggle in my seat. I want an S5 Vert!! If I got a vert, I'd do the TII swap in my FC. That way I have a pimpin bad-*** cruiser (The vert) and a quick coupe.

I'm picking up my baby tomorrow morning!!! I can't wait!!! I hope I can get the bank to switch over my money from the savings to the checking (I deposited the check rather than lose it) in time, I don't think it will be a problem, I would've done it by now if they had fast mail and I had gotten my debit card by now, but noooooo. Oh well, can't complain, she's fixed! I can't wait to see it. I'll let ya'll know what condition she is later tomorrow night.
BTW, I'm still going to the dragstrip tomorrow night after work, just let me know if you want to go with us (we'll be rolling deep). Hope everyone has had a good week so far.

Either way, I'm glad MY man lets me be me and have my car hobby. Just as long as he's wearing the pants in the family, and I get to wear a skirt while I work on my car.
