Not only was it convenient at the top, for those of us who know the thread exist, but it was also nice for new people (new to rotary and/or new to the area).

I got the Bruce Turrentine 13b overhaul DVD(only watched it 3 times so far) and was wondering if anyone else has watched it and what do you think? I think it's great, but then I'm pretty "green".

Well, here's something a bit less pointless, :P. Next March, when I get my FC, is there anyone here that does Haltech E6K installs for $$$. I'm looking for someone in the somewhat area who'd be able to do it, and maybe help me throw in the 720cc secondaries really quickly. My personal rule with the level of experience I have right now, is that I don't mess with brake systems other than pads, suspension, or engine electronics, :P

i got the VHS from atkins rotary, its a good video it just rushes through the rotor part which i think is most key in a rebuild.

Heh, when I got off work today there was a note on the windshield of my GSL-SE, asking if I wanted to sell it. Awesome.

Yeah I don't really know to much about how it happened. A friend and I were thinking of buying it we meet him at best buys in Cary. I didn't buy it though no power steering in those heavy *** turbo 2's sucks. Now I'm not talking Bad about turbo 2's just about the not having any power steering.

Oh, I thought that was the brand name of a new line of carbon fiber products. Probably done by some jealous ricer who drives a beat up civic and couldn't understand the concept of a rotary engine even if you drew pictures with crayons.

Hey all, I posted my pics of the VIR adventure on Sunday and the GRR on Saturday evening. Just think we'll all be together again this coming Saturday. Can't wait to see y'all!

Here is a pic of the GTU with her new wheels for those that can't find the VIR or GRR threads:

Okay guys here's the update on my car. I saw it today and I couldn't help but sniffle. It appears at this point that the differential is broken--no thanks in part to that damn 4 puck clutch. So I ordered an ACT Street/Strip disc. I was getting sick of all that chatter anyway.

I'm about to order a competition differential mount because I might as well get it changed anyway. I may even replace the driveshaft if the U-joints aren't in good shape. When something breaks, it's time you upgrade.

Steve's doing the work for me but it looks like the GTU will be down for a couple weeks, partly because I gotta wait for all these parts to come in.

I've got a new beater on the way, if I haven't mentioned it to everyone. I should be getting it in a week (not soon enough damnit!) or two. It's a 1989 Toyota Supra nonturbo. Jeremy and I are throwing in on it--costed us $200 with a bad starter. It's up in Pennsylvania but once they get everything fixed we're gonna pick it up.

you will be the 2nd SRT4 that has attached itself to our group. we are a rotary club, but we don't make fun of piston engines.....much.

It is great to hear from you, we'll be meeting this coming Saturday and again on the 27th. Come join us at a Drive-In when you can make it over from G'boro. we'd love to see your car and meet you. There are a couple guys in the Burlington/Mebane area that you might caravan over with, JKM and Horse are their forum names.

I'm pretty sure I'll be MIA on Saturday. I'm moving into my apartment this weekend (with the help of my Dad's Corolla) but unless Jeremy and I plan on coming out there I'm stranded on campus. Damn I need to pick up that beater soon...

I'd just like to point out that having connections... RULES... A friend got a 2nd gen T2 as repayment for a loan, and all it needs is a battery. He's selling it to me for $800, ; *Dances around madly*
