Sounds like everyone but TO has their car back in road worthy condition and will be coming to the next drive-in on Saturday. After being at Fontana Village and all those RX7s we need to have a great turnout.
-Keith has got some nice wheels on his vert, he needs to show'em off;
-Johny has Tiffany painted with her new engine and paint, no body should miss this little debutante;
-Josh has his batmobile back on the road and promised some months ago that when he brought it out for the first drive-in he would wear a batman suit complete with tights, now that aught to draw a crowd;
-Ray has his new paint to show everyone, you got to see his car with no dings or dents;
-Greg, fresh from conquering the dragon in the mountains of NC and TN has a new red vert to show off, the dragon was a little rougher on him, he has some rips in his top he claims were inflicted by the dragon itself, come to see those;
Capn may have a new fender on his car, I know he has one to install, see if he has done it yet,
-And TO might have a new paint job on his RX8, and is close to making his 7 road worthy.

Bert you forgot about me....I'm bringing the freshly rebuilt TII all the way from florida...I should be at the top of the list haha. oh and to add to the list a couple pages back i just got a Tial Blow off valve today. YAY!!

My rebuild is scheduled to go down on wednesday. I am hoping i can get my housings Streetported and all the parts cleaned up, then get everything assembled on thursday. Have to work Friday, but i think i will skip work saturday and see if i can get her to the meet. Hope to see all ya'll there!

Rick just put in a new secondary turbo over the weekend. His old one had 120k miles on it and wasn't spinning right.

Allright, thanx for the info everybody, but I have some dissapointing news (for some of you)..... I'm not getting an FC.... I would still like to hang out with you guys sometime, but I just wont have a 7.....
After thinking about the FC for a while I decided that it wasn't in my best interest to get that at the moment.... I still love them, but its not the best decision for me right now.....
I decided on going with the 240 idea.... I'm looking for a Kouki S14, but that might not be in my price range right now anyway, so basically I am looking for any S14.... I'll keep you guys updated with how that goes....

but im working on my boost gauge install. so all i need now is a pod and a 1/8" compression fitting and i will be good to go.

The new bumper didn't arrive in time to have the RX-8 in the paint shop over the weekend of TOTD. This weekend is HIN so I probally will wait until next week to put it in the paint booth. The RX-7 stillisn't ready yet because I am waiting on just one final thing before I drop the engine in and take it to Rotorsports to get them to finish making the exhaust for it,.... the TITLE. The guy I purchased the car form back in january still hasn't given me the title yet. He said that he filed a lost title claim and got it back but kept making excuses, like I have got it but it is in my other car, oh I left it at homw, chris has got it but he went out of town, etc. well his shop is two places down from a buddy of mine, so he went and saw the guy about two weeks ago and it turns out that the whole time he has been lying to me the whole time and he still hasn't filed for the lodt title, he promises the car is his. I figured he works right down the street he can't run away, but now his shop is up for sale and no one has been ther all last week,

You want a title? I'll give you a title, what would you like, king, prince, wizard, count? Can you do a car fax search on the VIN or have DMV check the title status based on the VIN? We can all have a Drive-In at his house and convince him to tell the truth or cough up a substantial refund. Go to this site and put in the VIN and you can search on vehicle history for its title, any problems, what kind of registration it was last under, and find out what the last reported odometer reading was. They even have a link to a Vehicle Bill of Sale form that the buyer and seller can complete and have notorized that might allow you to use to get a title if the car history is clear.

heres some pics of the new tial bov. central florida turbo did a good job with welding the flange on. the welds look perfect. i cant wait to hear what this thing sounds like!
