The mazda dealership on North peachtree road Atlanta has a rotary specialist working there. He rebuilds rotaries and has had one dynoed at 590hp. If you want to get any work done, and you don't want to do it yourself, I think he'd be the guy to see. I don't know his name, but he's taking a look at my 7 on friday, I'll get a name for ya.
