Gates open @ 9:00 am. $5 gets you in the infield and the garage, everywhere but pit lane. 12 and under are free! The Rolex and koni challenge series will be testing on the track allday. I was there earlier today and actually got a chance to meet Patrick Dempsey the actor. He is racing a Mustang in the Koni series. Jeff Gordan among others. Hope to see some rotorheads there! G

HI! Garrett, how come they wont allow the Audi R10 Diesel race car run at Daytona, some kind of politics or somthing, the DPs are becoming like clones just like NASCAR, you cant try any new IDEAS. I like racing but it can get old if no one can try out new things,you know that Audi car won every race it entered in 2006, no one has ever done that before, so restrict it so much, then they ban it from running at certain races. sounds like someone dont like getting beat!! Darn! almost forgot, had a ride today in a 720whp R33 Skyline, 2.8 stroker GREDDY built engine, 6spd sequential box, triple plate clutch, all wheel drive, absolutly the quickest street vehicle I have ever been in , DAMN scary ride, it can be seen if you come by my shop in the next couple days. its being shipped out soon. thx ron
