Ray, I thought you were messing with us, posting up your car. But now I see it your car's twin. 14K ain't too shabby! I wonder what the seller has the reserve set to.

Yeah, not mine, that one is a low mileage garage queen in all original condition.

My guess on the reserve is around $15-16K.

But I'd prefer the one I have.

Lightly modded with the RB exhaust system, suspension and brake upgrades.

Faster, tighter and I don't need to worry about scratches or adding to the odometer.

Zoom zoom!

High score wins.

I never understood that low mileage or original tire or original paint or single owner or low vin number thing. Maybe its just me but Mazda built a car not a paper weight; all those things are just wearable items.

So, does anyone have a RB exhaust they want to sell? Just got my car back and drove from Jonesboro to Jefferson. My ears are still ringing 30 minutes later.

I have a stock '83 muffler in good shape you can have Raul, hanging in the shed.

This is the unit that the RB Power Pulse muffler (back when they were available) was designed to replace.

The stock and Power Pulse mufflers are virtually identical, with some tip variations. Both excellent quality.

Here's some pics, the tips need replacing but there's solutions for that, let me know.

Ray thanks again. I swapped the muffler out with the muffler on my car and what a difference. No more drone, that was killing my ears. It's definitely a hell of a lot quieter. My old muffler was blown inside and sounded like crap.

It's always a good day in Rotary Land when a shed ornament finds its way back on the road.

Anybody going to the OGTA meeting tomorrow night?

In case you guys haven't seen it, peejay kicking up some dust:

Incidentally, Tim, if you have a sunroof and install a glass unit you gain about an inch of head room.

Plus a nice breeze.

So, Georgia does not require a title for vehicles older than 1985. What buying/selling experiences do you guys have with this issue? Discuss.

Also, I may or may not be interested in selling my '83 GS beater.

I've had no trouble registering them with a bill of sale, as long as the seller's name on the bill of sale matches the last person the car was registered to. If the car has switched hands a few times but wasn't registered each time, you might have a little work finding out who the last registered owner was (some tag office people will tell you their name, some won't).

Bill of Sale should do it, as long as it's linked to a previous registration.

"I may or may not be interested in selling my '83 GS beater"

Got pics? And a price?

And congrats on the 20 Rotor, first one I've seen.

I had no issue registering my GS with a bill of sale. I didn't have the previous registration. Jackson county. They also valued my car at 5 dollars lol.

unfortunate for me, SC insists on having a title. keeps me having to pass on a lot of cars/trucks.

Toyotas, you can't kill them. And that Tundra is a pretty one.

Congrats on the Retirement Bori!

I'll be joining the Club myself on June 30.

We should go celebrate in the Mountains somewhere.

James, you need to move to the Atlanta area so I can come get your hood.

Six weeks in and Im loving it. Got more accomplished in last six weeks than the previous six months. Allowed me to get both my car AND my daughter's ready for Deals Gap.
She won third place, and I won second, and we had a hoot! It was her first time there. Great father daughter trip!

It was great seeing y'all and those two beautiful cars. Congrats on the dual trophies! You need to get the Thanksgiving car there as well and see if you can sweep the field!

This is the only picture I have with both of them (white and red 1st gens). My Sim card screwed up and I lost the earlier pictures. Need to go back to 45mm film.
