Thank y'all, I think I have everything to make the FC engine work okay. My thought yesterday was it might be easier to get a hold of a 4 port 13B intake manifold rather than a 6 port manifold to work with the FC engine. But it looks like RacingBeat sells a 6 port manifold for a very reasonable price, assuming it isn't on backorder forever: Holley Intake Manifold for 84-92 13B 6-Port Engine - Racing Beat
I messaged that guy with the black FD, I got a one-word 'Yes' response to my initial 3 questions, then nothing afterwards, assuming it's sold or a sham :-/
Hey, look at my signature now, finally got all 3 gens at once!!!

May drive the 7 tomorrow down to Flor I Da to visit the parents at my sisters house. Depends on the weather but I think I can dodge the rain as I come and go. Google tells me its 7 1/2 hours each way.
Bori you still need an SA if you really want to impress the neighbors, but I gotta say you got a good start.
I just happened to have an SA you might be interested in, I just picked it up yesterday.
It needs some work but it's an SA, it'll be worth five figures when it's done.
I'm going to paint it silver so it looks like Tim's SA, let me know if you're interested:
I just noticed its a toy, lol but I sold my SA back in WA cheap like a dumb *** because I was shipping the FD and FB, to GA, and shipping was getting expensive. I thought I was going to find another one those conditions. That one was all factory with a good engine. ( I was in Korea at that time)

Just got back yesterday. Drove down Thursday and back on Monday. 968 miles round trip. The SA never even hiccupped, got 24+ MPG and it was 80 MPH almost the whole way. 7 1/2 hours each way. What a great way to spend a day or two. It wasn't DGRR but it was fun to be out on the road. Safe and socially distanced all the way too!
Ray I hope you snagged that SA, it looks like it has a story to tell.

Heck yeah! Glad you made it safe and didn't have any hiccups. Can't say I had the same luck when I drove my FD 6 hours to Alabama a few years back :-)
Dudes, guess who has a kick *** wife who gives 2 post lifts for birthday presents...? This guy! Picked it up today, hoping to install this month. Super stoked!!
Thanks for the offers guys! haha. Trying to get the best bang for my buck, I ordered a lift that is a hair taller than my shop can accommodate (if I put the lift where I want it in front of the right roll up door, if it was centered in the shop it would fit okay)... So I've got to add a little shed dormer above the right most lift post before I can install it. But it'll be worth it! I hope...
I think so, there aren't any windows currently and that side would face the east, so it should work well. After a trip to the local metal shop today, I'm thinking of using plexiglass for the sides of the dormer. Just have to decide how wide to go.
