Nope!! But three of them had LS swaps. Maybe it’s just me but swaps don’t really get me all excited. One of them sporting 525 RWHP. With 225 rear tires? And 2600 lbs? Naw.. (does sound like fun though doesn’t it?) honestly my 12 year old MX-5 is sporting roughly 163 RWHP at 2500 lbs and its a blast to drive. But!! All things wankel my 5letter is running so good.. and
Idles so smooth. I’d take it to them to show off but this group just wasn’t my cup of tea. I talked to a bunch of them.. nice people but installing a new 320 gram shifter **** is considered “wrenching” your own.

So Miata owners are vaping Wankel-fearing hair dressers who know how to install shift *****?

Glad you added the last part Tim, "unless they happen to own a rotary too." I was starting to feel a little insecure.

OGTA? What's OGTA?

Where, when, how?

And is anybody Important gonna be there?

And Tim, you can own both a Wankel and a Miata if you want. It's your choice.

But your if you own a Miata your Wankel will only be worth half as much as a fully erect Wankel.

Like you see when a black SE shows up at a Miata meet.

(That pun was for Donnie, Mr. Wankel himself).

Now I’m looking for work in Atlanta... you guys are making me jealous. There were only 60 or so Miata’s last Saturday.. I’d be happy with 6 12a’s and a 13b.. as along as they’re all FB’s!

Would you still be happy with a 50% chance of an FB and 4-8 RX-8's?

Tommy is only 25% Wankel, the Miata and RX-8 erode his brand.

See you guys tonight.

Drove the FB today.

Driving the Miata is fun... but driving the RX-7 is a spiritual experience.

See you guys tonight.

mike you are dead on right. My NC is head and shoulders more fun, better handling (big time), faster .. you name it.. but is NOT an Rx7..my 7 gets all the attention and comments where ever I go. Best part about the Miata is now I don’t drive the 5letter like I stole it..

Feb 4 2020 OGTA Report.

Not a bad turn out for a rainy night in February.

Tommy have you got the Georgia Tech Certified 12A count?

And Holly, could you give us a list of participants?

Here’s the pics:

I could not help but notice this SUV in the parking lot of Taco Mac on my way out. Nice repair job with blue painter tape! I'm not sure how the door became detached from the SUV in the first place, but if you see this on the highway give him a wide birth.

I do believe that's a standard repair procedure for Ford automobiles Greg, nothing to be alarmed about.

"12A count = 56.783"

Not good enough Tommy, you need to show your work.

I used a very advanced Peripherally Integral Optical Oscillation Managing Algorithm to determine the 12A count. I assure you it is accurate for the inputs provided.

PIOOMA was invented by Felix himself, then lost to the dustbins of history.

Nice find Tommy. I'll bet you know about this quadratic method too:
