Bloviating is fine with me Paul, it's the truth.

I especially like it when Trump bloviates, the more he bloviates, the less likely he is to get elected.

Crystal Blue Persuasion was a favorite of mine back in '68, although I didn't know why at the time, it was just pretty and soothing.

But now I do. His lyrics resound today, after a week of stupidity fueled by guns and bigotry.

Here's the studio version of Crystal Clear Persuasion, give it a listen:

Also, here's a super deal I found on the local Craigslist, it comes with the OGTA discount, $100 and a pick up truck take it home:

Kenmore HE2Plus Washer and Pedestal

Well I won't engage in politics. It's gotten me thrown off front porches and lost good friends over it. Besides, I don't want to shut the thread down either. I will say it's the most interesting election cycle I've witnessed in my life. History making event. Either way it'll be a shocker and a first. Ray does that washer have a rotary running it?

It does and it spins at 1100 rpm, enough to throw your average Republican off the porch.

Actually that's a problem with this machine, it wants to wander.

It's so powerful it needs to be restrained during the spin cycle, especially with unbalanced loads.

Otherwise it walks all over the place.

Mazmart has not closed. Still open for business for new, used & performance mazda parts. Also all the REmedy and Rick specialties. Rick is still kicking, at work every day and night. No changes, except Dave Atkins has bought the old school parts.

Hope your doing well Tim.

Good to hear Holly. Dang Dave, hogging all of the good old school parts. I'll have to hit him up if I need anything!

Thanks for the update on Mazmart and Rick. Glad they are both chugging along! Hope you're doing good as well! Hope to get down there for an OGTA meet some day!

Woah Tim, that is awesome!

Just dropped by this thread because I was posting pictures of old RX7 meets, and felt nostalgic about everything.

That is cool man, definitely something to save

Leaving savannah

Hey guys and gals, I'm leaving Savannah headed to NC to live w my brother. Unfortunate circumstances with new job has left me no other choice but to vacate immediately and start over. I'll be in the Raleigh area for the time being. Hope you guys keep the faith and rotor on. I'll check in once in a while. Really sorry we couldn't meet face to face. With exception of course of meeting Ray!! Lol. Later boys.. Paul

Sorry to hear that Paul, that's a major shake up. I hope you land on your feet stronger than ever.

A word about moving to North Carolina.

If you're moving to NC because polls show Hillary Clinton is beating Donald Trump in Georgia, I don't think moving to NC will help.

She's beating Trump in NC too.

Happy Trails, keep in touch, we do look forward to seeing you and your SE up close and personal someday soon.

Hey Stu, quit with the nostalgia and get real, come on over for a meet.

Thank you Ray. You're AOK for a lib democrat.!! I'll try and hook up with a group in the Raleigh area if there is one. At this point gaining employment quickly is paramount. I don't want to have to sell my 7 to eat. Hoping I land a job there in lillington area. Also hoping when I do that I can make DGRR too! Live long and prosper!!

From what I know of this group, living in NC you are actually MUCH more likely to get to meet a bunch of us Paul! Here's me hoping everything goes well for you in your new location!

Guys I really appreciate your sentiment. It makes a difference. I got sucker punched at my new job. W/o going into details my boss and another individual set me up and lied about something that never occurred. Blindsided. Didn't even get a chance to defend myself. My boss had it in for me the whole time according to those that know him. I was told on many occasions I was exceeding expectations. I was escorted out of the building under armed guard.(!) I've been a self employed entrepreneur 40 years of my life. When my integrity was attacked I didn't even get the opportunity to find out why the vicious lies were levied against me. Im a man of Faith and believe God has another plan for me. If it's in NC via Savannah so be it. His will be done. I only know I don't want to lose my 7 over this but if that becomes part of the sacrifice then so be it. I know one thing, there are many more curves in the road where I'm going. Figuratively and literally!! I'm gonna enjoy the ride.

Welcome to NC Paul. Sad to hear about your issues in GA. Normally those GA folks are A-OK,
Ray for instance. He just shipped a small part to make my SA tach show the voltage before
starting.

Once you get settled let us know how its going. Sorry we didn't meet yet but soon I'm sure.

Thank you for kind comments. Where are you in NC? Perhaps we may still soon hook up. Funny thing for me is tomorrow, Tuesday I'm driving up 95 to willow springs. Up till now I've been the one wary of driving my five letter anywhere outside a 50 mile radius!! Now I have no choice but to drive 340 miles north. Lol! I love my evening drives but it's not exactly quiet or comfortable for long haul. It runs so damn good I'm just gonna enjoy. Before I left Ohio for here my buddie gave me the Zoom Zoom because he thought id like that article. And I did!!! I get down here and low and behold I nearly got to meet you!! Very cool. Anyway yes I'll keep you guys posted. When I get settled and back to work I'm still looking for a way to get to one those meets. Funny the rotor club crowd is so much better than any of the other car clubs. It's not the same believe me. We triangle heads have a wonderful disease in common. I've had this disease since 1983..

I'm in Charlotte, a couple hours west of Raleigh. Sometimes I make it over there
in my car for work. Keep that ZoomZoom mag and I'll autograph it like I did for the
OGTAs that shared the DGRR cabin this year.
