Sorry to hear about the mess but think of it this way Mr. Tools, you sure looked cool tooling down the highway with that black SE on your trailer!

Let us know when you arrive safe and sound, dirty and tired.

If its that bad, when you get to Savannah, I can give you my address to "dump" the car off at. Ill suffer with the uncleanliness while you go out and purchase a much cleaner T2

Sorry to hear about the problems! Hope the rest of the trip is uneventful for you! Even dirty that car is stunning!

Dang man you weren't kidding! I almost got mine back together then I may get her professionally done one good time and go from there.

I cant believe you have freed up garage space already! Even after sleeping in a new house it easily takes me a couple weeks to get everything moved in, otherwise it all sits in the garage lol.

The lady of the house doesn't believe in boxes sitting around. We were totally unpacked and set up in 1 day. I'm exhausted.. She's a task master. As for the 7 it got top priority to have its spot in the garage. Especially with all this pollen.!! Insurance is going to cover having it full detailed since it's still showing a dull finish after washing it with dawn. That truck trans fluid really bummed me out.

If you are looking for a professional shop, Ive seen Pro-shine in Savannah do pretty good work. They also handle all the factory BMW/Mercedes details as well.

I'm not even sure where it came from, I've seen it before but can't remember where.

Turbo 12A from Japan?

Late model REPU?

Cosmo with a Nikki?

Don't know, but the Rotary Gods are smiling tonight. The Darth Vader of Nikki Breathers.

Eat your heart out Billy.

I'm so excited!
Ray, the 12A 6 port motors came with black air cleaners but they also say 6 port on them so thats probably not it. They sure do look cool in black.

I was driving my first gen in Austell the other day and came across this FB that I have never seen before. Does anyone know the owner?

Thanks for the tip on the 6 port Alex, could be but doesn't have the 6 port logo on it so still not certain.

The black unit arrived today, when I get a chance I'll post some more pictures, maybe that will explain it.

DGRR this year was better than ever, almost all SA's and FB's.

Here's the pics:

You need to come up this way for the curvy roads Paul.

Still, you can appreciate no ice, no salt and no pot holes, I'm sure, you've got it good in Savannah.

Have you started work yet?

May 16 start date. I do appreciate and instantly notice the lack of any imperfections in the roads. My 7 loves it!! Took a ride down 17 south of Richmond hill. Great drive!

Ray, where is "this way" ? Where you hail from? I've got a few weeks before I start my job. Id love to drive it up to see you some afternoon. Since I don't like driving it long distances I bought a truck yesterday that'll haul a trailer if I go farther than a couple hours. Here it is. Just got it yesterday. 2011 with a 4 liter 6 and only 48k on it.

Officially, the OGTA crew generally hails from the north side of Atlanta. That's where we meet, too. There are many honorary members from AB, TN, SC, NC and VA.

Thats awesome

I use to get that magazine every month in the mail from my Mx-5 purchase a few years ago but eventually they just stopped coming....not sure why because I quite enjoyed it.

There is every other specific car magazine you can ask for on bookstore shelves but nothing directly related to the rotary which I know is huge in NZ and with the Aussies as well. Im surprised there is not a specific publication from them gracing our shores.

That's quite an honor Tim! And it's Hollywood quality photography, such devotion to the cause.

Will they put the White One III with the Train Wreck 12A and the Darth Vader Air Cleaner in Zoom-Zoom next year?

You know, the one with the Mint Maroon Leather Interior? Maybe I ought to get my *** in gear!

Paul you need to meet all the OGTA's at once, not just me, you'd get the wrong impression and it wouldn't be good.

So I'm thinking we could move the May 3, 2016 OGTA meeting (first Tuesday) to a May 1 afternoon (Sunday) at Mike's House.

A kind of Pagan Ritual to honor the Rotary Gods as we enter the new season, his back yard would be really good for that.

I'll ask Mike.

Only thing is Paul, you need to show up in the FB, not that damn truck.

Ray, that is a great idea, but Mike doesn't have a car that needs to be put together. I say we have it at your house. If we get 10-15 OGTAs together we could have that car together and pristine before dinner.
