Old guys with 12As club meeting
Any of you guys looked at this? If the 13B was healthy, it sounds like it would be a pretty sweet ride for the price.

The car has just been sitting unfortunately. I did just have my turbo rebuilt and bought some other misc stuff for it but I don't see it being done any time soon. I've been spending too much time and money on motorcycles lol.

His front and rear fenders are the same as mine, the only thing different is the front bumper. The bumper I have is not the correct one for this kit, it was meant for wider fenders. I wish he would sell just the widebody kit to me, I would just use his bumper instead of trying to make mine fit. The car has just been sitting unfortunately. What have you folks been up to? This thread needs more conversation.
I sold the Rustang a few weeks ago, made a few bucks off of it. I had to dump most of the money into the bank to keep the wife happy, but I managed to keep a little to myself and buy a nice 4x4 ATV.
I'm contemplating selling the BMW to get into an FD, but I enjoy driving it a lot and think I might regret getting rid of it... I'll start working from home in the next few months, so I tell myself that I don't need a reliable car anymore... I still have some thinking to do on all that.
How is the White One III coming along Ray? Post up some pictures.

Haha. Ray you funny. Now I'm sitting on 17" teal colored rims. PO had the tires super stretched (they are 9" wheels and they have 205 and 215 tires respectively) and I'm going to get rid of the stretching cause I've never ran stretched tires and sizes are made for a reason so........235/XXR17? or do I HAVE to go with 245s? I'm trying to do these on a budget for the time being since I JUST put new tires on the old rims haha. But I need it asap cause cords are showing on the fronts.
Btw, thank you Brett!

I just bought some tires from Discount tire, they've got pretty decent prices. I buy them from discounttiredirect.com and have them installed at a location I better trust.

Pulling the rims off today when it stops raining and taking them up to Buford. Got two tires from discount tire, Kumhos 235/45r17. So hopefully with the slight amount of stretch, everything clears well, since the guy STILL hasn't brought me my spanner wrenches.
if i want to know what tire will fit a specific width wheel, i just convert the tread width, which in this case is 235, to inches. 235mm = 9.252in, so really no stretch there. a 225 is 8.858 so only a slight stretch.
You know, if you dudes put over-sized sneakers that don't fit right on your RX-7, the Rotary God will be angry, right?
You could find yourself on the side of the road someplace.
The Mazda Engineers knew what they were doing.
Best sneakers are the one's that fit, according to the Mazda Engineers' recommendations.
225 is like putting a Barles Chacley on a Spike Lee, very embarrassing at OGTA meetings.
