Congratulations on post number 15,600 Mike.

I've been spending all my time looking for gray door pulls. Finally found some:

Yeah, I saw these. Only the right hand ones are available. I guess I need to break down and order some before these are gone.

It's no problem Mike, you just buy two and use the right hand unit on both sides (you might want to buy 4 if you're really committed to gray).

Then relocate the little tie down anchor on the left side so it fits the right side door pull.

Bob's your uncle.

I'm looking for the Wiper Arm Bushings to a 1984 Rx-7? Anyone have some or know where I could get some? Is there something I could substitute?

I believe those are Unobtanium Greg, you pretty much need to replace the wiper mechanism.

Dudes, here's what Quad's RX-4 could look like if one of you Dudes just took a few minutes and fixed it up.

The 4's do have a little more character, agreed. I love the little flair behind the rear door over the wheel wheel and those front and rear grills are to die for.

i'm still baffled by that what looks like a bullet hole and dent in tank. can't figure any other reason for that hole to be there.

it's a dent. it's like whatever made the hole hit the tank but didn't have the velocity to penetrate it. that last pic ray posted, the hole is straight below the trunk key lock and just above the bumper.

That Juno is a wild and crazy girl.

No bullet hole in the tank, the bullet bounced right off, those RX-4 fuel tank are pretty much bullet proof.

In fact the tank itself looks to be in excellent condition.

Chad, you talking this week or next week?

Next weekend would be a fine time to host a swap meet at my house. Saturday would be good.

Dudes, I think Quad's RX-4 has found the perfect home. Gene and Geraldo came out today and here's what happened:

Hey Chad it would be great to see you. Any day works for me, since there is no lake meeting. Ray, if you and Cathy host the rotorheads, let us know if we can bring something. Hopefully the weather will be great.

I don't see anything happening there in those pics Ray. Geraldo is drinking a beer. Is he celebrating? Who is buying the 4, Geraldo, or Gene?

In the first picture, Geraldo is adamantly explaining to Cathy that Obama knew nothing about the IRS targeting right wing political groups. Gene is listening in utter disbelief.

In the second picture they're all posing in front of the burn out I left with the MaxZoom Rotary Mower.

In the third picture Geraldo is leaning up against the left front fender of the RX-4 to keep it from falling off because it's so rusted out.

And I have Cathy halfway convinced that she would rather have a fully restored white RX-4 4 door instead of her Jeep, so I might just be buying Kevin's car myself.

Y'all can check it out next weekend, once enough folks commit to a time and date for the parts swap I'll tell Cathy and we can start to make plans.

Wow, Ray. You have been busy on the house. If you can figure out how to put some mower blades on the RX-4, I bet Cathy will go for it.

I'll be out of town Memorial Day weekend, so I can't make it.

Hey guys, not sure if y'all remember me. I drove a champagne gold fc for a while. Well I sold that sometime back via financial issues. I am in a position to buy another car and an Fb sounds swell right now. My max is $1500 right now but that will increase as I save more money. If anyone knows of someone selling a running fb let me know. If it has a couple issues I dont mind. Message me on here if you know of anything! Once I get something you'll see me at the meets!

Good point Billy, let's scrap the parts swap in Jefferson for this weekend, visit Chad down at the mountain instead.

So what's happening with that RX-4 anyway? I'm starting to get ideas my wife doesn't like.

I've had those ideas for years. ... 4 kids to prove it. I assume and hope they're all mine ;-)

So is the zero turn mower in pic #2 a rotary powered mowing craft?

In other news, Tray came to visit this weekend.

Old guys with 12As club meeting-forumrunner_20130520_225154.jpg

Our cars slept together in a completely weatherproof bedroom.

Tray slept on my couch. ...

Old guys with 12As club meeting-forumrunner_20130520_225435.jpg

My children will never be the same.

We sampled plenty of beer

Old guys with 12As club meeting-forumrunner_20130520_225657.jpg

We then transported, slaughtered, and packaged the 10 remaining meat chickens. This was quite fun. We shall call it "2013 Spring Chicken Rotary Rally"
