Old guys with 12As club meeting
Very impressive. And it's a rag top so it will be easy to keep separate from all those other red FC's that have been showing up at the OGTA meetings!
Are you going to bang out that trunk lid? It looks doable.

On another note, remember the cat we found that we named Rotor? And remember how I said we didn't care that the female cat had a boy name? Turns out, 'she' has a *****... And we've had it for 3 months
Better get that cat fixed or your house will start smelling like fermented cat **** in a couple months.
Nice find Ben! I didn't know Craigslist still allowed those kinds of ads. Did you check it out?

Ray, take a look at the IM that Tim sent. It should explain everything. Also, at the top of the signature edit dialogue box there is a bold capital "B". Highlight the text you want bolded and then click the "B". That will add the appropriate html code for you.
Thanks Mike, I'll give that a try. Maybe you can teach an old dog new tricks, we'll see.
Hey, have you guys ever noticed how the X wheels are always perfectly aligned in those dealer brochures they gave out back in the early '80's? (Still available on ebay, where I got this pic)
Even the S's and GS's, which didn't come with the OCD, had perfect wheel alignment when they came off the lot

This is what seperates truly customer oriented companies from the pack. They slip in undocumented features, like OCD, just to enhance the customer experience. You have to hand it to Yamotosan and his team. They thought of everything.

We built the engine, installed the fans and MSD. Someone else rebuilt the Holley carb on it and did a few other things for him.

I didn't know rice went this far:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Brake...Q5fAccessories
Brake caliper 'covers' that glue on...
So I got the Allstate checks yesterday and total I got $1470. I've got an estimate for $1640, which fixes everything included in the accident, plus repaints my door, paints a new set of mirrors, repaints the roof, and repaints the rear section below the hatch. After everything I'll end up paying $170 out of pocket, and hopefully some of that will be made up by the adjustment to the Allstate payout for my broken power antenna that I just recently noticed. I tried getting the antenna added on before even taking the car to the shop but they're saying that I've already gotten the estimate and that the repair shop will have to file a supplement request to get an additional check for the broken antenna.
I'm guessing that I'll drop the car off either Friday or Monday of next week, so if I make it out Tuesday I'll be in the 'vert... Pray to God that it doesn't rain so I won't get soaked .

Roland, good to hear from you. Maybe we'll see you at one of the meets soon. Hope all is going well.
Ben, if you make it out to the OGTA next Tuesday, bring the SE coolant overflow bottle. Thanks in advance.

Yeah Roland Come on Down! It would be good to see you and your Dad, if you can get him out too.
Mike and Tim, thanks for the tutorial on editing my signature, but I can't make it work. It looks like Doc has disabled my "bold" and all pictures from my signature - in other words, I've been banned from my own signature.
Sometimes I wonder about this forum, they censor people who post a gif of a bacterial flagellum but let perverted lame brains post violent images depicting graphic violence against a certain politician (slit throat, bloodied face, blackened eyes - you see them in the banner of album pictures running across the top of the page).
I mentioned it to the mods but they seem to think it's good sport. Totally irresponsible and disgusting, in my opinion, and does nothing for the reputation of the forum.
Anyway February certainly is creeping up, and the 2-1-11 OGTA meeting is not only on the first Tuesday of the month, it's also on the first day of the month, so don't miss it!

Mike - Ray, would love to make it out to a meet but its hard when you work out of town during the week! I have been busy moving Dad to a new house last weekend. Now I have to move to a new house in two weeks. I can tell you from experience moving sucks lol. Maybe I can schedule some vacation down the road on a 1st Tuesday so we can make a meet.

Roland, yeah life gets busy sometimes. But, you need to take a break once in awhile.
Are you planning to go to the Mitty? It is looking like we should have pretty good OGTA crowd and Mazda is marque manufacturer this year.

Yes, we should be able to make the Mitty. Does anyone know if Zoom Fest will be happening at the Mitty? Billy, Holly, Kristy??
Holly still has the sign, I'll bring a sledge hammer, someone else bring an old van and a scooter. We can have a grass roots Zoom Fest!
Carleton I'm not familiar with the weber down draft but I do know the Nikki is a reliable, relatively simple and fuel stingy carb. Not sure what you'd do with the whale tail however.
This is pretty indeed, hope you make it next Tuesday Marco:
