I wont be able to make it. No matter how hard I try, I can not train my wife to be at two places at once and both kids have something scheduled.

Darn Billy, that's 2.0 12A equivalents we'll be missing. Not to mention the tech talk. Oh well, pretty soon your kids will be old enough to be into rotaries and they'll be coming to the meetings.
Hey, whose Allroy? This is all I could google:

Wow, I'm full of piston questions lately.
Anyone know of a good source for used/remaned GM motors? Specificially looking for a 3800 out of a 2002 Buick. Anyone know much about Jasper motors? It seems like the engine in my parents car let go today. Worst part is he was thinking about getting rid of it soon anyway. Odd though, those are usually decent motors. Only had 98k on it.
Back to my AC issue. I've read that it could possibly be related to the EGR in some way. Over the winter, 3 times I got a brief CEL light (3-5 seconds) for the EGR voltage (probably sticking). 148k on that motor, never been changed. Does that seem at least reasonable? Possible backpressure issue with the added load or something.
I am going to try to make tomorrow, since I may be able to get there before dark. Not sure if I'll have the FB back together though. I've kind of left it apart while waiting for Jeff to bring his over so I can steal parts for testing.

Well, i did a quick patch on the radiator today and it seems to have stopped the leak for now. As long as i don't have any problems with it tomorrow i should be at the meet.
I get off work at 5:30- 6:00 and will be heading up from buckhead when i get off.

I might just swing out in the Maxipad if I can. I've got a job interview tomorrow afternoon, everyone cross your fingers for me. It's for a sales position emailing for renewed subscriptions for this steel market newsletter, and hopefully I'll be helping with the webpage and accounts and stuff, too.
And, I got a new cell phone today all in my name. If anyone wants my new number, it's (770) 561 9030.
And I got approved for a Discover Student credit card today. Before anyone lectures, I know, and I'm plenty responsible. Today's just been a good day...
Well maybe not. I had to get the Maxima jumped off after school, turns out the battery's shot. That ran a nice $60...

Ray your going to love it when you see my car next. It will be sporting some
GM and Ford parts for the ignition. The new plug wries cost more than all the
ignition components from the JY!
I'll have a set of used RB plug wires for sale at ZoomFest this year.
I'm planning on being at the Mitty as long as this all works as planned.

Turns out I will be there tonight.
Anybody have a 84-85 fuel pump relay they want to sell?
Ben, I will bring your manifold back, I found another one.
Crit, if you make it home before the meet how about bringing those FB lower rear arms with the bushing already removed.

Zach, I'm always good for 1 pitcher.
Tim, I started following your thread on the GM ignition. I can't wait to see this thing. Maybe at Mitty. If you keep this up their going to take your software developer license away.
See you guys tonight.

Be good to see you Zach!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY IAN!!!! We do have some birthday's this month! Ian is today, Dan and Dean, the new guys are tomorrow, Dave and Donnie are already older and we still have Cory, Mike, Gene and Michael to go in the next few weeks.
I've got an oven up in the lab, I'll see if I can get a birthday cake baked in time for the meeting. Anybody got any candles?
Tim, I saw your ignition thread too, it looks pretty strange to me. But then your alternator is in a strange place, your fans are strange and your oil filter is a strange color, so I guess that's just the way it goes with you artistic types. I look forward to checking it out at the Mitty.
