Thanks Crit. I was thinking somewhere like Winder or 316 & 29. I live real close to GA 20 on the east side of L'ville. I was planning to go 20 east to Loganville and then up 81 (a nice, country road).
Are you going thru Winder?

I plan to head up 316, turn left on 81 and then it is about 3.4 miles on the right. Anyone want to meet at my house, or up 316 somewhere north of S.R.20?

Holly is there any place to meet at the intersection of 316 and 81?

When are people planning to go to this meet?

Greg, I have not been at that intersection for a long long time. So I cannot say. At this late time. Looks like we are going to be on our own. This is where cell phones come in handy. See you there.

Chris, your humor is improving as you age but your memory is not, this new guy is named "Alex", not "Andrew" (good thing, 'cause we already have two other Andrews). And yes he got a great deal on his SE, a diamond in the rough that just needs a little cosmetic work to be first class:

Alex's mom also has an FB, an 83 GSL, looks like she has even more sense than he does (she already talked him out of the glass sunroof he got with the SE, for example). Hope you guys can make it down from Smerna for the monthly meets!

Collin, your sense of humor remains intact, but remember, this is a family thread!

Andrew??? thats funny!

It was nice meeting you guys! We will Definitely be coming to the meets from now on.

The 82 made the long drive back from Kansas City with no problems! I took it out yesterday after i got home from the OSJC Meet and its like a brand new car. So smooth compared to my SE.

Wow. That's pretty, especially the 16,680 miles part. No wonder she got the glass sunroof.

As I recall, those red seats in the '82 are very similar or the same as the S2 ones Chris has, if you like those you should give him a call.

Incidentally OGTA's, I've posted the pics of yesterday's meet under the nontech section, to make all those rotor heads in Canada and California jealous. Kristy, Dave from Ohio wants to know why your engine bay looks so funny and there may be some other posts here and there you guys might want to comment on to make sure they are accurate (you know how I can play with the truth, sometimes).

Anyone have a fuel pressure test guage?

Guys, the Blue One is really making me work to get it on the road. Does anyone have a fuel pressure test guage I could use? I am getting sufficient fuel flow, but I am still running out if I push it at all.

The PO said he rebuilt the carb. I am starting to be suspicous of the carb. Is there anyway to mess up a carb to cause it to pressurize the the fuel lines?

Yep. 'Specially those guys down there in Savannah. They'd have a hard time rebuilding their homework, much less a Nikki.

How 'bout if you put the carb from the Gray Ghost on there (the one you rebuilt).

It will be like a bit of the Gray Ghost's Nikkirian spirit travels on into the present century.

Sorry, Alex, not Andrew haha.

Oh and everyone Welcome Ben (Bently) to the OGTA! He drove away with Karl's gold car today. I gave him an OGTA card with the purchase and I think he is interested in attending the meets. Congrats on getting in another Rx-7 Ben (this is his 4th one).

I've got a question for you fuel-injection savvy guys. Remember Jim, the one guy who came to that one meet in the red convertible that I changed the clutch in a while back? Well the car has trouble starting, and I did a little bit of research and I'm guessing the injectors are leaking, causing the engine to flood. The car's getting worse now, so that if it isn't started daily it will severely flood and needs to be clutch-started. So, will sending the injectors off to Witch-Hunter to be cleaned fix them, or will he need new ones since cleaning them won't fix the leaking? Regardless, before I do the work I'm going to make sure it's the injectors by putting a switch on the fuel pump and starting the car a few times over an extended period. And if the flooding issue could be another common problem, what might that be? Thanks old guys.
