Well now Michael, that's the best news I've heard all day. We were talking about a community exercise in rebuilding 12A's at this evening's meeting (good for two college credits).

All we need is enough 12A cores and rebuild kits, plus plenty of beer.

Yours and mine make 2, anybody else?

Ray, the tires are Sumitomo HTR 200, 205/60/R13, the same tires Chris has.
Has anyone actually tried these yet? I was looking to get some but saw some reviews where they are real noisy.

I'm the Chris he is referring to and there aren't any noise issues at all, or at least compaired to my exhaust the tire noise isn't noticeable. They grip well, they're as soft as pencil erasers, look great, grip well in the wet, and because first gen 7s only weigh a hair over one ton, they'll last a good while too, even with track days and autocrosses.

Jeremy- The movie about Ian Curtis we were talking about is called "Control".
He was also the singer of "10,000 Things" for a little bit.

This is good to know. These actually look good and are affordable! I read a bunch of reviews but they were from heavier american cars using them.
