Donnie, in my field it's pretty much the only way to go. Pretty much opens the job market up fairly wide. But in the mean time, it was just a pretty good sized raise today.

Hey Brett, I need that incomplete set of S4 OMP lines if they're available. They should work fine on the SE.

Donnie - the best thing about being a PE is that you're not on the hook for everything. Your endorsement and liability are all discretionary, and you're only personally liable for what you stamp. You could work 30 years, taking advantage of the extra pay, and never stamp a thing.

Tim, when are we gonna start calling you Veep?

Crit, there is a write-up somewhere about how to replace the OMP lines, i did it on my car a while back. Worked great. They are stronger and are heat resistant a lot more than stock lines. I will try to find the thread.

I have lots of stock OMP lines in great shape, if anybody needs any. I've never had any trouble with them so they just keep piling up in my parts shed.

Collin's dumbass tried taking them off of the motor and snapped one off of the nipple on the injector thing and tried telling me it was still usable... If the one's Ray has wont work, I'll try to get them off of that spare motor. But LMK about Ray's first since mine might not be perfect. You can have them though...

So I checked out that exhaust this morning. I didn't even think to bring a camera until Zach mentioned it, so I snapped some with my phone. Anyone notice anything specific about it that might help me identify what brand it is? I still wanna buy it regardless

Happy New Year OGTA! I've known you guys barely over a year!

Brett, the issue is that I basically have an FC engine. There are differences, of course, but mine's effectively an S4 with engine mounts on the front. I have the same 4-line OMP that feeds oil injectors, whereas Ray's OMP has 2 lines that feed the carburetor. They're fundamentally different.

I specifically don't need the one that Collin broke, as he remembers, so I think it would help me greatly.

one thing's for sure brett, the header isn't RB. can't remember who it was that made the headers without the "hump" in the rear tube for keeping both equal length. collecting early(short primary) it might not make that much of a difference.

Brett, although I'm not sure what kind of exhaust that is, I can tell you it looks like it's going to be Loud! Probably a pacesetter header or something though.

Brett, I *am* correct. The injector nipple is still very much usable...it's the line that snapped. And as you very well know, those lines are to be replaced prior to installing that motor into any car regardless of their condition as a safety precaution. Try actually listening to what I say for a change, geesh.

Birthday wishlist for the Jan 6th OGTA (my B-day is Jan 18th)

Ok Ray, I need the drivers front fender rub strip, (the door too if you got it) and the molded coolant hoses.

Crit, I need the SE coolant hard line

Yayo(forgive me, I forgot your real name), I'll pay $40 for the pair of red seats, mine are torn the f**k up. If you want to throw in anything else red as a birthday gift, feel free, my interior is shot.

Happy almost B'Day Chris! Do you need the door or just the rubber molding for the door? (I think I have both). Remind me which cooling hoses you need. Yayo is Kevin. Not sure what Yayo means.

Happy New Year Dudes! Go Georgia! (we whipped MSU today). It's a bit uphill right now but I'm still pushing for the Nittany Lions, we are in the 4th and USC just scored another TD, but there's still 12 minutes left.
