Thanks guys I can't say how nice it is to have my fellow rotorheads compliment the car! I am immensely happy with the way it turned out!

So where the hell were all the damn FC's? I saw some BUSTED *** FC's there. Couple of pretty much stock ones that looked fair. Couple of rougher stock FC's that had no place in a show. There was this one really shitty flat black s4 base with s4 phone dial wheels and like 1/3 of a burgundy interior from GA...why the **** was that thing in the show? There was a half painted t2 beside it with overspray ALL over the engine and enginebay. This **** reflects badly on us, guys. The only 2 NICE FC's there both had v8's in them.
If it had been practical I would gladly have showed my FC. My family was all going on vacation immediately after the show so it wasn't possible to bring the FC.

Yeah , I saw some cars that were being displayed in the Mazda area that were pretty beat up looking to be in a car show ... I was surprised that there weren't more cars there that were "Show" quality ??? ... saw a few nice ones though , just not as many as I had expected for a NOPI nationals event ...

I saw a stock black s5 vert and a stock (with some silver racing wheels) black s5 GTU, and that was about it. Oh, pretty clean white one and a pretty clean red w/black rims on the main row where my truck was parked.

I didn't take a picture of any of the FC's there because they honestly weren't all that great. Pretty sure that white one had the played out drift kit on it and 4lugs. I was just there on sunday but that pettit car was well worth the trip. I've got some pics once I get home I'll post some up.

i drove the black vert up from savannah... the car belongs to rotarywall here on the forum... it is all stock, and we thought that it was a nice example of a s5 vert (unmolested)... it was also nice to cruise around atlanta in a vert... i was disappointed that there were not more first gens there... their are a few of us from savannah that will try to bring first gens next year... the two that i did see there were parked w/ speedforsale.com group, as were we...

Oh yeah, not to be mean, but who had the red (pink/orange faded) 88 vert with GXL wheels there? My wife even asked me why that car was in the show as she was shaking her head. Could you not at least slap on a coat of wax before rolling in? I mean, wtf? Nopi should seriously be set up so that it is cheaper to walk in than to drive in, to prevent this sort of thing....cars that have no business being in a show, being brought in because walk-in tickets are just as much or more than show tickets.
