Next MOROSO?

Next MOROSO?
So after being rained out of Moroso 3 times in the last 2 weeks, I am all disouraged, put my street setup back on (tires, plugs, gas) and daily driving to work in the rain. Then Crispeed calls me today about Moroso tomorrow (Sat, Sept.2).
Apparently there is a Corvette challenge and Drag radial class going on, and it sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, there is a good chance of rain. And being that I live in Florida City, and have to work Saturdays, it's just too much trouble to go hundreds of miles and spend hundreds of dollars with a 40% chance of (*******) rain. So, when is a good time to go and when is everybody going to Moroso?
I know there has to be other fast 7s out there desperate like me to lay down mean times on video.

I am ready to go as well with my SLOW *** 1st Gen....
I will be away this weekend BUT when I return I will look at the events calender so we can set up a day and time.

I am dying to go again but my car is going to be out of commision for a month or so to get it looking pretty. But if you want to wait up for me im all for going to moroso and making a video

At the present rate it does not matter what day you make plans to go but if mother nature will corperate. Since the NHRA event every track day been rained out!
I know of so many people waiting to go testing not to mention a friend who has one more licensed run left. It's very frustrating. Let's hope mother nature give us a break this week.

Well this week is supposed to be all 20% chance days which is much better than previos days. After the dyno session w/Steve Kan I think we should all go sometime this week(that is if my wife lets me out LOL).

Just found out that they are running the ET brackets from the rained out event this Saturday.
SUCKS that i have a commitment already, I paid to run it and never did cause of the rain.

My car's ready, in a couple of weeks sounds fine. Except on the weekend of Oct. 20-22, my best friend is getting married. I am also enslaved by General Motors, so Wednesdays are out of the question. I can try to escape early on a Friday, or beg for a Saturday off. Other than that, I'm down to go any time.
