Murfreesboro TN weekly cruise in '05
The title says it all.
The weekly cruise in held by the Murfreesboro Hot Rod Club is starting up again for the summer season. Those who attended last year had a lot of fun. Alot of cool American Iron to see as well as imports and everything else.
The first show is an actual car show and it will be held on April 30th (rain out on May 7th). The following weekend will start the weekly Friday night cruise in open to all who want to show their stuff.
There is a much stronger Nashville/Mid Tenn RX-7 following no than there was last year (thanks Chad) so I hope this year will be great. I went to EVERY show last year (although mostly with my motorcycle) but that's gonna change.
Cruise info:
Held every Friday evening behind Sears at the Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro on Old Fort Highway (Highway 96).
Show starts at 7:00 PM, but show up early if you want any chance of getting a good spot.
Any other info you need, let me know!

If you show up at 7 :00 pm you will not find a place to park ,Last year it started at 5:00 and cars were there before then .I can go every other week , and there is allways different cars to see .DJ took my car once .It is a good time to meet new people and see who can do the work or has the big bucks .

Last year the last cruise in had over 600 cars . Last year it started at 5: 00 pm ends about 9:00 pm . And best of all it is free to all . I am entered in the April 30 show , $ 15 ,who else entered ?

No. The cruise in is free. Hence Cruise In, not Car Show. Its not entirely a show for all us rotorheads as much as it is a weekly get together. We are sponsoring it again this year so I should be at every event.

I guess only a few (30) people showed up so I don't know. I was working all day and it was pretty shitty. Also today (the 30th) was the actual car show, I will find out if the show got moved to the 7th or not. Regardless, the Cruise-In's will begin this coming Friday evenings behind the Stone's River Mall (Sears side). I'll be there.
