Well we need to make a dicision on the next meet date. I would like to keep the Mother's Day weekend off the list. So our options are, doing it Sunday the 18th or Sunday the 25th. If you guys want to meet on a Saturday, you really haven't been around Mooresville traffic on a Saturday. It's worse than Charlotte. We can do it Saturday the 17th or Saturday the 24th. These days should accomadate about everyone. So lets put it to a vote. Just copy and past the dates, then add your vote.

I might be able to make it the 18th but I have leave early to get to a meeting down in Charlotte at 3. There's no way I want to be around the lake on memorial day weekend if I can help it So I'll vote for the 18th.

Dropped my Idle down today. Instead of 1300rpm idle, it is at 900rpm. Sounds much better, and less hiccup. I did it in a parking lot out of impulse Lol. The only thing I noticed was if I revved the engine up by blipping the throttle, it would return to idle but dip to around 600 before catching itself back at 900. Car was already warm, so whenever I start it again around the next weekend I will see how it acts cold.

Stu- When a carbed engine dips below idle when returning it is usually from a rich condition on the idle circuit. On bikes it is a matter of fine tuning the pilot fuel screw(fine air/fuel adjustment for idle) I would imagine that there is a similar circuit like an air bleed or something on a car carb.
Hard to believe that a rx7 is running rich though.....
I took 304 pics at the Speedfest event at Road Atlanta. As well we took the FC out on the track for some touring laps. A93 red R1 FD, us and a ridiculously clean 34k mile original 89 GTU FC represented for the rx7's!! We got a mousepad and a plaque made with a pic taken of us entering turn 1. Pretty cool.
We as a group need to try to get to this years Pettit Leman race in early October. It is a 4 day event that is AWSOME. You camp at the track if desired and watch cars race, test, qualify, walk the hot pits, garge paddok etc.. We are going every year from now on anyways, I just want you all to join in the fun with us. Lots of rx's show for that as well. I'll post some pics in a bit from the event.
