The messed up part about this is the fact that the 13b never went over 10 psi. I don't know what to say Long. I can't imagine what the heck happened this time. Pinning the motor might be a good idea, but that still doesn't negate the fact that the 13B didn't hold 10psi with the GT35R. Just freakin wierd.

The A/F was at 12.9 and did not go over 13. So no I think that it was a bad Iron, but its all good I'm pulling the motor out to day and hopfuly pin the motor

I think that it was just a bad Iron. I started reading and found that 88-90 S5 rear Irons was just a little bit thicker then the S4. But the Hard to find 91 S5 rear Iron was even thicker and had a suport bridge. I got to looking in my parts and Guess what I found, a 91 rear Iron

That iron with a combination of running lean is probably where the problem lied. Anywhere over mid 11's on a seriously boosted rotary is potentially dangerous because of the heat our engines create from wasted fuel. My guess is things got hot, metals expanded and forces increased dramatically...good recipe for things to start cracking.

Nope, has nothing to do with the omp.
