You don't have many options for a CAI. As the MAF sensor must stay put or you will have issues. You can do what Ant did or do nothing. Since the air is getting compressed in the turbo, it really doesn't help much to do a CAI.( Compressed air = hot air) IMO I would get a front mount IC ( or v-mount) and get a IC spray system. At minimum get the IC sprayer. This will cool the Charge air before it enters the engine. Which is the whole point to making power. Cool air into the engine is more important in a engine than cool air into the turbo.
Is the starter relay just clicking? Sounds like the ignition switch is dirty like I told you before. Also check all terminals. Battery and starter and ALT. A loose cable will wreak havoc on intermittent problems.

Water/Meth injection is generally used and injected into the intake tract just before the Thorttle body. "Usually" done on cars that are not running a IC or where very High IAC temps are seen. The effect of the injection is the intake air gets cooled off and is more dense. Denser air = more oxygen to burn, which = more power availability. The more important side of the story to me is that with cooler IAC's comes a "safer" engine as far as chance of detonation. But it should NOT be relied upon to "make power" More of a precautionary thing IMO
Nitrous Express has a IC sprayer kit I know. And I am sure many others as well. You can make your own as well with a little time and parts. Using the windshield fluid motor pump and tank as the basis of the kit.
DJ, I wasn't bustin you, just reminding of that little bug,I seem to remember that you replaced the switch do to yours coming apart when you tried to clean it. I may be wrong.

There are various kits out there. Some use N20, Some use CO2, and some use a water mist. The key is to spread it over as much surface area of the IC as possible. This super cools the IC and the air passing thru gets cooled off more than the ambient air temps could do for you. A water to air IC will give you the same rselts, however you have to keep replacing the water with cooler water as it heats up and will become ineffective at a point.

Those are the tires I got. If you got 4 205-60-13's then it would be $258 to your door.

Clicks like when you have a dead battery? One of my cars clicked but it would only do it if the clutch wasnt all the way to the floor and then some...what I was hearing was the relay,...as far as outercoolering the intercooler I would go with the water mist...N2O and CO2 cost to refill..do you still have to get your car inspected? Your engine bay would look alot better with block off plates....anyway, after taking my bike down sunday I found the positive wire in the fuel pump had been pinched between where the two "halfs" bolted together....vibration had rubbed the insulation off the wire....almost an all day job but only cost $5 for a new pack of fuses....

Yes it cost to refill a gas bottle, but not a whole lot. And you really only use it when you run it hard. You can even go as far as wiring up a boost level trigger switch to turn it on at a certain boost level. Or you could do the same thing, set to the IAT. But Water is the cheapest, but it will only be as cold as you make it. Ambient otherwise, so it doesn't really help much.

I want to thank Dave, Elizabeth, Stu, Tim, Rob, Andre and all you other Xroads rotorheads that made it to Road Atlanta for ZoomFest. Good to see everyone and meeting some new faces from your group too. It was awesome that you carvanned together. I know everyone had fun, even if you didn't get to do the PDX. Even I had fun driving the parade lap in turbo FD. I missed saying "so long" when you left. I hope to see most of you again soon at the OGTA lake house meet coming up sometime in August. Keep checking the OGTA thread for the date.
